Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Forney

Okay, I'm just like everyone else who loves CFA, and I have even worked there for three years throughout high school. However, this particular location upsets me. Nearly every time I visit this location, I have a problem.

To vent a bit, I have gotten home only to realize that I was given a 4-ct. strip when ordering a 12-ct. meal. I have ordered food for my entire family only to get home to discover not one but TWO of our CFA sandwiches are missing, and most recently found a long curly hair in my 12-ct. nuggets! I could continue to list my experiences at this location alone, but I don't wish to bash the company. I understand that mistakes happen, and human error is expected when dealing with long lines and a fast-paced work environment; however, it has gotten to a point where I feel this is just unacceptable.

What use is fast service when every time I visit there is a problem? If you are like me and are willing to wait in this CFA line because you love CFA, I recommend checking your food before pulling off. I'm no longer interested in...

I never thought I'd have to give Chik-fil-a bad review, but here it is. On 12/02/20 around 1:23 pm I inserted my card to pay for my food, it totaled $11.19, however, when I got to the window I was told the payment didn't go through, so I gave my card to the employee with no problem. Turns out I was charged $11.19 first and $15.96 at the window. I was under the impression I would be charged $11.19. I later saw my bank statement and called Chik-fil-a, the representative stated there was only a charge for $15.96, I told her I was charged $11.19 in the line and was charged $15.96 at the window after being told my card didn't go through initially. Apparently, the real price was $15.96 due to the extra chicken on the salad, which was fine. I just wanted the additional $11.19 that I was charged to be refunded. It was our first time dining in at a chik fil-A Service was the best I have ever received in a fast food restaurant ,lady taking our order was fantastic very attentive and made me and my 2 kids feel very special while we dine in ,offered condiments at our table gave me extra pickles since she noticed I loved them so much , even offered a free ice cream cone when she found out it was our first time inside which I kindly decline since my kids had to much desserts recently 😆 😊 but to go that extra mile to make any guest feel very welcomed and special that says alot of the beautiful kind of person she is and definitely gives Chick-fil-A a good Representation we will for sure Come back often inside Just Because of How great she was!
