[ ] My family and i came to this restaurant to get quick bite there was no one in the drive thru. But my children needed to use the restroom so we came in. i was waited on by a young lady at the front she a polite girl. There was a couple and a family of 5 that order after us. Mind you there is only 5 of us also. They both got their order before us. There were 6 preppers and the 1 front counter are trying to figure who's order to get out and we are still waiting. i see my order being prepared but getting cold . I live about 5 min away . We get home i have to go back due to me leaving my phone. I get there my brother calls and say the food is cold so i tell the manager of what i was told about the food. The manager then say i will need the receipt. I told her i just left home 5 min ago to come back and get my phone. my mom said i will send you a picture of the receipt manager said she needs it to remake the order . Left to get the receipt and the food to bring it back.Manager never comes out of the office and told a gentlemen to just to make the order over. 4 of the preppers comes out of the restroom to make my order again. I'm waiting another 30 min for a cold and wrongly made burgers only thing that was hot was the fries and onion rings.told the Manager finally come out and i told the burgers are still cold she said well they just made it over. The dude with the tattoos on his neck with the sagging pants and no gloves states he just made the meat that so i had the prepper with the red braids and no hat and glasses on that was in charge of making my order both times to feel my meat with her plastic gloves still on to check the temperature of the my meat she stated that it was NOT hot also. I then ask for my money back and receipt to call a GM and area Coach. Manager stated i got my money i don't need to know her name and she doesn't know the store number. On top it there was a lady from drive thru who order was messed up and she came after be and they still got her order before mine.Manager was a blonde white lead with oval nails with black designs and black crocs on and white socks. The crews was loud cursing while the manager was no where to be found Mangers was the worst and most unprofessional person i ever experienced in the history of fast food i paid $42.50 and had to do the most work to be treated so poorly. Whataburger must not care about their customers product quality or customer service to allow people that spend their hard earn money to get this type of treatment. Read moreBefore I go into this, I have contacted whataburger already and am waiting for a response. Yesterday, my fiance, our daughter and I, all went to this location a little after 6pm. Over the intercom system, I I could already tell that this wasn't going to be a good experience. I tried joking a few times to lighten the mood, but wasn't going anywhere. After giving our order, we then sat for the better part of 30 mins in line. In that time, 2 girls working for the business came out and started going to friends cars and laughing and having a good laugh. By the time we get to the window, these girls are back inside playing around at the drive through window. We were handed our sweet teas, both hot with no ice. I asked for ice and was told they can't give us any more as they were running out. Then we recieved our food. The steakhouse burger had no fried onions and the #5 that was asked to have no onions due to an allergy was covered in them. The kids meal that was asked to have cheese only had no cheese and had all fixings on it. All of the food was cold, with cheese that was still frozen and had ice crystals on the surface. When I asked to speak to the manager, my request was refused. I could see the manager hiding just outside of view behind the fry fryers. So I asked for the district managers number and was also denied and then laughed at by the 2 girls. I informed her that at this point it wasn't a request and that it need to be gotten. I was told that they don't have a district manager and nobody to talk with about the issues. I was continued to be laughed at and then the manager said I needed to leave while hiding behind an employee. I asked for her name and was told I don't need it. But I did glimpse it as Laken H. Blonde hair with glasses. She began threatening to call police and yelling from behind employees. That was when I pulled away, immediately contacting whataburger customer care. Read moreI had a horrible experience yesterday. First the employee at the first window was obviously irritated by the fact I wouldn't pull up closer to hand her the money immediately due to the obvious fact the vehical in front of me had a trailer hitch protruding out of it. I didn't make a big deal about it. Handed the girl the money just as soon as the customer in front of me moved up a bit. Then at the next window the employee pushed the bag of food out of the window and said HERE then shut the window. As I was driving away I reached in to snack on the fries and noticed they where so hard you could hear them crunch as I was chewing them...it gets better...then they got our order wrong... So I have my girlfriend call and speak to the manager about the issues we had. The jerk hung up on her. I then turned around because I wanted my money back. I took my receipt and the food back into the store and spoke to the manager who then said we couldn't get our money back until 5 o clock!! So he offered to remake the french fries. When the mistake was made on the burger there was no cheese on it as I asked. We then asked the manager if he would fix that. He said no because it was not paid for...I said I would pay the difference because I obviously wanted it. He said he would put it on one of the burger...then took the burger fixed it and brought it back.... Well here is the issues... Now my burger is cold I have a plain burger I paid for and couldn't eat and the customer service sucked. Next time it's worth the drive to mesquite to enjoy...
