Well I went to target on 8/19 to purchase a 4K tv . I went with the 55" TCL 4K tv and today on 9/2 I went back to target to return the tv because it was showing a large black shadow on the left side of the screen to I read some of the reviews of this tv and notice it happens often . So I attempted to return the tv with out a receipt however I had all the packaging and parts and I had the card I used to buy the tv as well not to mention I previously called the store and told them about my issue and said I can return it but I wanted to get store credit and purchase the 55" 4K vizio instead for a additional 140$ which I was going to pay the difference . Well the supervisor told me that my card had never made a purchase at that store . Well I had proof on my Bank of America bank statement that they did take the money from my account from that store and for the exact price of the tv plus tax , weird right well is this my fault ? Am I going crazy? I'm pretty sure I'm being screwed . So the lady at the service desk continually asked me if I made the payment in cash but she was apparently stuck on the fact that I didn't purchase the tv with that card not to mention that's my only card. So then 15 min later she told me I can return the tv for 150$ less than the original purchase price . What the hell right I had this tv for 2 weeks and it's obviously a piece of junk but I think it's crazy that target won't let me get store credit for the tv and buy a much more expensive tv from them . I need help with this and apparently target can't help at all and I'm stuck with a 550$ 4K piece of junk tv because there is something apparently wrong with the computer...
Read moreWe don't usually shop at Target for a few reasons...tonight however we needed to get some linguine noodles and some last minute stocking stuffers that weren't at our nearby Walmart...well let's just say we will NOT ever go back to this Target!! First off there were no electric carts well let me correct this there was one and by the time it was brought to me I sat down went 10 feet and it died...i will say this a young man ran all over store and parking lot to find me one...and when confronted this to a manager he really couldn't give a rip that I needed an electric cart which is a shame...and so here is where it gets even more disappointing...my husband CANNOT find acai packets that are usually at the target by our old house...so we weren't sure we would get them here so maybe I shouldn't get upset that is a toss up...they didn't have any linguine noodles seriously no price tag for linguine in the pasta dept...so while I was able to get the stocking stuffers and my husband was able to find a pet stocking with the letter P...we will never go back here...I am not sure as to why the manager couldn't care less that I needed an electric cart and truth is the kid said he didn't even see one anywhere I had to walk one half of store and saw no-one on a cart my husband said he walked the store and didn't find one either...that's a shame they said they had 4 carts and there was one...so folks with disabilities stay away...you will not find this store accomodating...I realize this review sounds whiney not my intention...as a person with disabilities needing something as simple as an electric cart means so much to me...maybe if they read and see this they...
Read moreI don't appreciate being followed by security while shopping. I had a cart full of merchandise because I was doing the shopping for my elders as well. Things began falling out of the cart so I placed some in the backpack and a storage bin in the cart to stay organized. My family owns an extremely successful real estate agency,m is not an issue, I am a scrub tech. I live close and come often, last week I spent over 700 dollars here. I know for a fact when going through check out the cashier will open everything to check for items which I also would have informed that person. Security put on a regular shirt and began following me. Then when I left the store he came out as well and wrote down my license plate. I asked customer service to hold onto the cart and even offered my card which they could have rang up and ran but there was a little emergency with my baby sister that I had to tend too. I understand my cart was pushing 800 worth of goods but I have coupons and discounts, along with a gift card with 100 dollars on it from work. I apologize I tore off an electronic because I didn't understand it was locked on. I did not see anyone working that section. I would have appreciated and feel comfortable coming back if security would have confronted me and asked me to pay for the belongings that I already had in my cart rather than the approach I received. I understand my actions may have raised concern but I would have happily eased concerns had I been approached and discussed the issue.
