They're good so far, but some REALLY basic things that they don't do or offer honestly baffles me. There's no salt or pepper shakers for subs, just a oregano blend. They pass you the sub in bag when done, but then cashier person will ask if need a bag? Then instead of assisting or bagging your items for you, they pass you bag to bag your items YOURSELF. And since the customer's side of the counter is about 3 inches wide, that's not easy to do. And in the 4 times I've been there, only ONCE has the cashier been at her station to ring me out. One occasion I waited 2-3 minutes once while the other workers just awkwardly stood there staring at me or trying to avoid eye contact. Last but not least, the straws and cup covers are next to the cashier. Not near the drink station or condiments. My fix: Give the person that puts on toppings and puts sandwich in a bag a permanent marker to mark the bag with what the sub is (size and type of sandwich). Pass THAT to the cashier, not the customer. Cashier can then immediately ask, would you like your things bagged? If not, THEN after checking what the sandwich is and ringing it up, pass back to customer. This is also the chance to ask customer if they'd like anything else (drink, cookie, chips for combo, etc). If customer DOES wants a drink, do what McDonald's does and put the top and straw in the cup for them while they're swiping card, getting out cash, etc... I'm furious because there mailbox is full and they are now closed! I have a broken leg and cant drive anywhere and this happens. Read moreSo I tried this place yesterday on my lunch break for the first time because I heard how good the food was. I placed my order through UberEats. UberEats driver was great. I ordered a sandwich and chicken pot pie combo. I decided to eat the soup first. I made it all the way to the bottom of my soup just to discover there was a piece of hair of the inside of the cup. I was extremely grossed out! I reached out to the support center of UberEats & explained to them what had happened. They then refunded me my money. I didn’t eat my sandwich until today for lunch & as I’m enjoying my sandwich there was a hair on the inside of the wrapping paper of the sandwich. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. I just ended up throwing it away, leaving me with nothing to eat for my lunch break. I probably took about 4 bites of the sandwich before discovering the piece of hair.
