Roosters On The Avenue — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Roosters is a great place to hand out on the weekends. They have several choices for drinks and usually run a different special every week. They have two pool tables down stairs and two beer pong tables one downstairs and the other right at the front door. Plenty of seating at the bar or near and a little kitchen upstairs where you can order food. They also have an outside balcony where you can drink or way and watch the night life of fort smith as the cars and people pass by. Roosters is extremely busy after 2am as they're one of the only ones allowed to stay open until 5am. Not a bicycle friendly place nowhere to put your luggage or backpack I just want to have one beer and they won't let me in because I have a backpack. The bar tender told me to leave my backpack outside or I can't come in. I been riding my bike from zero street or garrison twice and all I wanted was one beer cuz I had a hard day. This place used to be my favorite. I suggest they have a lock box or way for pedestrians and bicyclist to be able to come into the bar and with no problems. The bar is way too small for the size of the venue. They should get rid of the stage and extend the bar (or make the stage much smaller). They book bands when they should probably just host karaoke - the main floor of the venue is so small and the stage is right next to the bar - so the band is so loud the bartender can't hear anything. Meanwhile, far away from the single bar, it's mostly quiet in the back and on the roof (which is the coolest aspect of this bar and why it didn't get only one star, but they NEED ANOTHER...
