Absolutely TERRIBLE popcorn and even WORSE customer service! Popcorn arrived stale. I immediately emailed and asked for a refund. I received an email back telling me their popcorn is “not like the popcorn you get at a craft fair” and that their website says “all sales are final”. No apology. No offer to make things right. Nothing. I spent $30 for 6.5 gallons of stale popcorn. We order, frequently, from a local popcorn store and have NEVER had an issue with the product OR the service. Unfortunately, they are closed due to Covid. Against my better judgement, due to the numerous other reviews saying the popcorn was stale, I placed an order....

I purchased the 5 sampler and a regular butter. I had been anticipating the awesome flavors since I first ordered. The butter is pretty dang good and takes me back to the movies. The Green Apple went beyond my expectations. The Cinnamon was tangy and oh so good. The White Cheddar Cheese and Reg Cheddar Cheese just hit the perfect spot. I love chocolate of any kind so I had to try the White Chocolate, So yummy!

I just recently ordered 7 big bags of popcorn for a build your own popcorn event, and it was absolutely perfect. I am located in the suburbs of IL, and the shipping was great; it all arrived with perfect timing before the event (ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived by the following Tuesday, the event was Friday). The taste of the popcorn was amazing too! The lady that works in the store (I apologize, I don't recall her name) but she was so helpful and nice as well. I can't say enough how great this place is!...
