What an absolute delight! Shocked stunned and amazed. EVERYTHING WAS 1ST CLASS! I think I enjoyed all they had to offer. I travel a ton for work about 75 percent of the time and a place like this in Ft Smith is not what I was expecting. Whoever invested in this spared no expense. The humidor was not only beautiful but had staff working in it that were both friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of cigars. The bar has an excellent selection of liquor and beer. I must say I was a little disappointed as most of the Buffalo Trace Bourbons were sold out but if you enjoy that distellery you can't, won't, and don't hold it against them. They are in very short supply. I even saw a bottle of Louis XIII. Super top shelf stuff. Very impressive. The ambience is spot on. Nice leather chairs and couches, with a lovely piano against one wall. The air filtration is obviously high tech and first class. The air is supposed to turn over every 12 minutes. I believe it. Tables have big beautiful Rocky Patell glass ashtrays for your smokes. I also had a meal there. I took a recommendation as given and it was delicious. Best meal I'd had this year I think. They offered some deserts and your basic espresso and coffee for after dinner if you like drinks. I smoked a fatty, had multiple drinks, ate food, listened to the piano player, chatted with the staff, and was having such a good time I went and had another cigar to smoke. Love love love. I don't have many reasons to be in Ft Smith, but I want to go back. Just an absolute delight. They were very busy so the service was a touch slow but let's be honest if I am gonna spend an hour just smoking a cigar, I've got the time for a relaxed experience. Go and enjoy this gem. You won't be...
Read moreStopped by the 906 for dinner drinks and a cigar and to enjoy some local music.
Ordered the signature sweet chili wings which were a good size, head, great texture, and flavor and were sauce perfectly. Went well with the sweet potato waffle fries which were also perfectly cooked and presented and overall a good value for the amount and quality of food presented.
Service is excellent, you can roam around the facility, from the front music lounge area, to the bar, to the sports lounge/giant screen TV area in the back with no confusion or lack of service.
Music that play the night I was there was a local amateur duo that played covers of rock and pop music, and was enjoyable enough to provide additional atmosphere of the evening
They only let down on my part was when it came time to have a cigar. The walk-in humidor has a very high-end aesthetic, the only one with the chandelier I’ve ever seen.
I found some of the ultra premium cigars to be hard, a sign that they are not in optimal humidification conditions. Some had veins or inconsistent wrapper coloring which is also not a good sign for cigars in the over $30.00 price range.
I picked one by a company that is a favorite, not a previous cigar, but was a great smoke, and appeared to be in good smoking condition.
Overall, had a great time, would highly recommend and definitely return, but might bring my own Cigar from...
Read moreI'd like to begin by saying that I typically have good experiences at 906. I particularly enjoy the drinks and live music they offer. However, my recent visit for a birthday celebration left much to be desired. We were there to support Nikki Waters, who was fantastic, and the band was outstanding.
Upon arriving early to secure space for our group of 10, I informed our waiter, Sarena R, that additional guests would be joining us, requiring three more seats. Unfortunately, Sarena was dismissive and seemed uninterested in accommodating our party.
As more guests arrived and we attempted to figure out seating arrangements, Sarena became confrontational, insisting that we couldn't take chairs from her section and suggesting we move to the patio. This was not a viable option as the live music doesn't play there.
Some members of our group felt uncomfortable and even left prematurely due to Sarena's rudeness. Eventually, we managed to settle into seats and enjoy the music, but the experience left a sour taste for many of us, especially those who were visiting 906 for the first time.
Despite this, I still recommend catching Nikki Waters' performance and suggest sitting anywhere other than Sarena's section. This incident could have been handled better, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure better customer service...
