They were open late during the St. Patrick's Day pub crawl, so we thought we would stop by for a bite to eat. The place was still packed full of people in the dining area and one person in line and another group who looked like they were waiting on a to-go order. When it was our turn, the cashier walked away. At first, I thought it was to go tell the cook about the previous order, but she never came back. There were three other ladies working on the one other register, it looked like they were closing it out for the night and maybe having some difficulties, but not one of them acknowledged us standing there and not being helped. Meanwhile, the girl from the register and the people in the back were dancing around (I get it. It was kind of a special night). I asked one of the three ladies at the other register if they were still open, and she snapped back that they were only taking to go orders. So finally the girl came and took our order. We ordered their fries to share. It was supposed to be like $12, but somehow, our total was $17. Apparently, they add their own tips. I don't usually tip on a to-go order (nobody is providing an actual service with it other than bagging it up like they do at any other fast food restaurant), and there's no way I would have tipped them an extra $5 for their complete lack of customer service. Besides, the food was average. Tastes just like anything else you can get...
Read moreI'll preface this saying that I've been here numerous times and have, in the past, recommended it.
To day the food was on par with what we have experienced; but the service went from poor, to abysmal to down right hostile. The server did not serve to the individuals, the food did not come out as ordered, and items were not served to the people who ordered it. When two of the same items were ordered, one with and one without onion and cilantro (the default). One came out and was served and the server did not specify whose it was and with the back ground noise we did not hear what everyone else ordered. The restraint claimed it was our fault for not dissecting a quesataco to find out what was in it before eating. When the other came out it was pointed out that it was not supposed to have onion and cilantro and it seemed the whole go the staff rallied that they were not responsible and would not address the issue.
This place used to be great, their service has dived. I will not return. Eat here at your of...
Read moreTried the consume and it was very flavorful! It was basically a a giant bowl of meat soup served with three corn tortillas which arrived wrapped in foil and so hot you couldn’t touch it (which is a good thing)! The atmosphere was mediocre. Being new to this location and very busy, there were a few issues I think they’ll easily remedy as they go. The service was prompt and the server checked on us regularly. The tables weren’t the cleanest (see photo of syrup leftover from breakfast-we were here at 5:30 pm). Their a/c unit seemed to be struggling to keep up in our record-high summer temperatures. They were out of ice, which made our room temp waters rather lackluster and not super refreshing. The tea had turned, but they did offer to make us some fresh. Overall, we will try it again. I have trust they’ll only get better from here because even with the slight issues we did experience it was still and overall great...
