Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I called to place a order to go. Arrived at the time I was advised our food would be ready. Definitely not ready. I was told they were waiting on an order of wings. While pizza sat in some kind of warmer, salad and fries sat on counter. After waiting ten minutes a order of regular wings came out with same sauce over all. This is not what I ordered. I politely advised I ordered boneless wings with half bbq and half buffalo. Ten min later the worker came out to show me the wings. Again not boneless but the sauces were correct. Talked with a manger about the issue he said he would check on it. About ten minutes later the worker came out with the correct wings. I asked if the manager would be coming up as I would like a discount as we had already waited 30 min for our food. The manager came over and said oh I took the wings off the bill. Advised I already paid, she again said I took them off the bill. I again said I paid the bill already are you going to credit my credit card? She then said oh now I see, I’ll adjust your payment on your card. Wow, no one listens here and management is terrible. Our whole bill should have been compensated. By the time we got home with food the pizza was cold and not good. In addition the salad I ordered looked awful and was not edible. It was sloppily thrown in the container. Plus the greens were All dark and wilted. Also didn’t have the dressing I ordered. I would not recommend this establishment and will not...

Update 08/19/2023 Yet again a lackluster experience. Wes, was great however David the bartender was very nitpicky over the little things. We were watching the Broncos game and David told us to quiet down. We weren't even that loud.... very disappointing experience to say the least. David the bartender was absolutely terrible.. ruined the experience. :/

Update This OC location is still a lackluster experience.... The management staff make inconsistent decisions on how they treat customers and their staff. The food is mediocre at best. I thought I'd give it another try this past week, but left with the same emotions as the first visit - dissatisfied. If you want a beer or two and can tolerate an unremarkable customer service experience, this place is for you.

We visit this location quite frequently for their mini beer tours. It's a hit or miss with service and attention. Most times, when servers are behind, the management staff is nowhere to be found, never assisting their team. Strategic direction and leadership is lacking. When issues are brought to their attention, they do the bare minimum to solve the problem. Food items are mediocre at best, and often times not prepared or cooked properly...be prepared to send it back.... Other times, depending on the server of course, service is great. I have been to this place several times and have never been disappointed by the quality of services they provide however I would never have expected that the quality of service that they provide the last time my family and I were there was the worst service I could have imagined. It started with asking the waitress to please only only put meat on half of the appetizer because I couldn’t eat meat products due to digestive issues, however I was told that they couldn’t do it because they just mix everything together and dump it all over the chips. Then we were not served plates or silverware until we had to ask for it also as we were leaving I had asked for a cup to go and my son had been still waiting on a refill for his drink which never came. Unfortunately from the beginning of the service we were treated as second class citizens who were imposing on the staff and treated as if we had no money or purpose in being there. I was very disappointed and disrespect and so were my family. I will never go back to the restaurant here in highlands ranch.
