Unfortunately, this location has couple snarky, snowflake teens that think they know better than the customer. I actually had a boy-child argue with me about a menu-pricing accommodation that another MG location regularly offers me. He sounded like a dim-witted robot, repeatedly saying, "They couldn't do that. No way. There's no cash register button for that." What? Are you joking? You're telling me what I experience at another MG location? Instead of conceiving of the fact that other MG employees actually figure out ways to accommodate/retain customers, this boy-child just kept talking back to me, saying the same robotic sentence about "cash registers buttons." Sigh...no ability to actually think at all. No effort to even help the customer or understand his own limited knowledge. His quick need to pounce on the customer and overly-emotional ignorance was almost sad but his arrogance stopped me from feeling any sympathy for his child-like petulance. I feel bad that this kid can't see past his "cash register buttons" to figure out how to solve a customer request, as an adult can. He was rude, disrespectful and, most importantly, flat-out wrong in his statement. I hope he gets some more education so that he can learn to think outside the box of "cash register buttons" and also so that he may learn how to speak to customers, rather than getting defensive and arguing back-and-forth with them. This is unfortunate because there are a couple very capable and quite friendly adults who also work here. I give those adults kudos for putting up with...
Read moreHiya,
I did a delivery from your store that day and looked at the menu. I then took time off the delivery to take a break. I came back to the store and asked the cashier at the time what was good. This kind fellow did not disappoint. I got a noodle dish he recommended and I tried it. I even got to add an avocado on the side, I paid for the extra charge. He warned about it and I like that he did warn me. But I love me some avocados and it was worn the extra charge. I like how I had the options to able to customized the order. I can't remember the food I got but next time when I come around I'll take pictures and keep the receipt. Like the fact that this guy took time to ask to cut up the the avocado for me meant so much. I am a full time student and I do deliveries on the side and this little gesture meant a lot. I have been through some not so nice experiences when restaurants around the area and its reassuring that this is a safe place to get food at... Therr is plenty of parking. The only thing I would fix about this is informing customer about having rewards points. I love being cheap and I will naturally find places that save me money with good promotions and...
Read moreI am willing to change my review once someone from management calls me back. I order from Mad Greens about 2-3 times a week and this location lately has been getting my orders wrong. They don't send the dressing, they forget to add items to the orders and more. The biggest problem is that they NEVER answer the phone so that I can ask for a refund or correction of my order.
Tonight I ordered on Uber Eats and one of my items a wrap was missing the bacon and THE DRESSING. How does a SALAD place forget to give you the DRESSING?
Another big complain that I have is that I'm constantly adding on UBER EATS for them to please toss the salad or the insides of the WRAP in the dressing but they somehow always find a need to send me the dressing on the side when it is not what I have requested.
Here I am sitting with a salad with missing ingredients and a wrap with no bacon or dressing and I can't even get a hold of someone because it goes straight to "sorry there are no...
