Villas at ChampionsGate — Hotel in Four Corners

I was so excited able our vacation plans in Florida at Champion Gates homes. The excitement turn to disappointment. I paid for an early check in at 10 pm. We arrived to find a dirty home with food stain on the furniture. Stove top oven was Filthy. A bag of dirty towel was in the laundry room. No fresh towels. I realize no one Bothered to clean the 6 bedroom house. I asked about the issues. I was told management would bring towels and clean the home, so I went to Walmart to purchase towels. I cleaned the house. After two days of being ignored I washed the dirty towels that was left in the landry room. Of course, I provided before pictures just for proof an hour of my arrival. The third day someone brought towels, but not wash towel just drying towels. He toke a picture of the towel he brought me LOL. IF you want to clean a six bedroom house and wash towels after you paid for cleaning service this is the place for you. I ask for a refund on the early arrival fee, but once again I was ignored. Paying customer are treated horribly. Also, there is something terribly wrong with the water system. The water had a sewage smell. Everyone noticed it. A few little inconveniences but generally good. As an example, the gate closest to us didn't work a lot of the time so you'd have to drive round to a different gate which would take another 5-10 mins which is fine just a bit annoying, there was also a lot of garbage that had been attacked by wildlife which was all over the road but they cleaned it pretty quick, there was loads of bugs in the house we stayed in which would have been fine but they were in the dishwasher and freezer so felt a bit nervous and had to clean everything before use and lastly they had construction going on literally around the whole of the house we were put in so we would be woken every morning quite early by their trucks going past (which would literally shake the house and beep the whole time) bit as we were going to the Disney parks we were up early most days anyway. Just stay here already. You won't be disappointed. The villa building has its own pool, hot tub and fitness center. The villas have everything you need- appliances, dishes, pots and pans. A stack washer and dryer - so convenient to rinse out and dry swimsuits. The "den" is like its own room with a sleeper sofa. The living room also has a sleeper sofa.
