Horrible customer service! NEVER BOOK AGAIN - NOT RECOMMENDED! My husband booked a Massage for my back pain that ended up to be less than a sub par experience. Firstly, the location is on a massive property that takes a least 10 min walk from the guest parking lot to the Spa located at the lower level of the building. Especially when you already have back pain, the walk was brutal and painful. We arrived on time as per my timestamped ticket but when we got to the lobby the hotel staff redirected us to the wrong location. Finally arrived to the Spa location and instead of informing me that my service was going to be cut short, OR provide an option of an alternative time, the massage service was just abruptly ended. In addition, the massage guy threw my robe from the door on my chest while I was laying on the table ! NEVER EXPERIENCED This EVER anywhere else ! When the staff asked me how my services was, I told them my massage was cut short - they then proceeded to tell me that I was late so too bad “sorry” we have other guests. I also spoke with the manager who was absolutely USELESS WITH DISRESPECTFUL BODY LANGUAGE! She proceeded to repeat exactly what the staff said, with NO empathy about my circumstances getting to the location. They could have at least offered me at 10-15 min hand/foot massage credit for another date to show that they cared about my experience being cut short and/or cared about repeat business. They don’t deserve ANY STARS for Service! WARNING DO NOT BOOK! We will let our network know NOT to ever book here if you want to be treated with respect...

I have been searching for a local spa that felt like home and I FOUND IT! Izabela did my facial and it was hands down the best facial I have had in 15 years. Not only was it relaxing, from the heated adjustable bed I was on to the ambiance of the spa itself to her amazing hands but her knowledge about what my face needed was just vast and so helpful. She really knew what she was doing and was so caring. There were techniques in that facial that I have never experienced before. My face looks and feels amazing and she almost instantly reduced the redness I have been struggling with lately. I also had a paradise pedicure with Izabela and it was fantastic. My toes look fabulous! They have a wonderful relaxation room with light snacks and water/tea, a jacuzzi and a great changing area with showers and even a shop with great products. You can even use the outside pool and lazy river for the day if that interests you. Joanne, the manager, another gem, walked me outside and even showed me the pool! Everyone I dealt with there was so kind and over the top sweet. I don't think I have ever felt so welcomed and so cared for. And yes they even validate your parking so you don't have to pay to park! The whole experience was just perfection on every level and I cannot wait to go back and take my husband! You will not be sorry. Just book yourself some self care now! There are not enough stars...

This is my go to spa. About 20 minutes where I live and I have yet to write a review! I wasn’t feeling well today and thankfully, they made a one time exception as I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the massage and I am a frequent customer. I know they have a cancellation policy and I’m grateful that in the end, they were able to accommodate for this one time. Appreciate the service and understanding as this shows how they care about their customers. This is a great place to, not only enjoy the spa services, but be able to use other amenities like the pool, lazy river, wave pool, etc. Will continue to come to this spa....
