Blend and Bite Coffee — Restaurant in Four Corners

From the moment I stepped foot into this place, my heart was instantly hooked. I loved it so much that I already can’t wait to return.

For twelve long years, we called Davenport home, and just as we were in the process of moving we decided to grab a bite somewhere near in champions gate ( you know how tired and hungry moving makes u). Little did we know, this hidden treasure had blossomed right here in Champions Gate. Dammit, right when we're moving. When my husband and I tried our orders we found ourselves not just eating but sharing, savoring every bite, every flavor.... Simply put, it was feaking delicious. The atmosphere? Warm, welcoming, and cozy. And the juices—oh my goodness, those fresh juices—utterly mind-blowing! I've never experienced such vibrant, healthy drinks that truly make your soul sing. I am craving one right now.

I understand that they’re a new coffee shop but I ordered a toffee frappe and the cup was not even 3/4 of the way full that includes the whipped cream… (for reference their cup size is like a starbucks grande) and they use some sort of fluffy whipped cream (same consistency of almost cool whip…?) They give you a dome lid but the whipped cream wasn’t in the dome lid. So that right there tells you there should be more coffee to actually fill the cup, that way the whipped cream is appropriately in the dome lid. So barely any coffee (for over $7 plus tip). It wasn’t a true whipped cream, so it blended in with the frappe which ruined the frappe consistency. I waited over 10 minutes for my frappe also. There was 3 staff members behind the counter and nobody else customer wise in the restaurant. Flavor wise the toffee frappe was good (tasted like joffrey’s toffee flight frozen cappuccino at disney skyliner) but the price for the portion was a one and done...

I stopped by Blend and Bite on their opening day with my 5-year-old, and we had a wonderful experience! The menu offers a great selection of fresh juices, delicious paninis, açaí bowls and smoothies, and quality coffee. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everyone had a great experience despite the first-day rush.

I tried their bagel with egg and cream cheese and it tasted so fresh and flavorful, and their strawberry frappe, just wow, all fresh fruits. My little loves his croissant, with cookies and cream frappe which was a big plus because he is extremely picky.

The atmosphere is inviting and family-friendly, with a clean and comfortable setup that makes it a great spot to enjoy a meal with kids. It’s nice to have a place where both adults and children can find something they love.

Excited to see how they grow, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend giving them a try! Best way to start...
