Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Fresno

I took my granddaughter to the Cold Stone Creamery at Marketplace in Fresno California for her 12th birthday. We were the only customers in the Creamery. There were two female employees working behind the counter. When we walked up to the counter we were not met with a "hello" or any eye contact from either girl. We were met with an annoyed tone of "Be with you in a minute." After standing there about 3 minutes and already knowing what we wanted we were met with an annoyed "What can I get for you?" As the one employee was preparing my granddaughter's order the other employee walked up, mumbled something to the other girl, and they both chuckled. Now I don't know what they were chuckling about, but I found it odd and rude that they would find some humor with each other and treat us as if we were bothering them. I am a regular and good tipper. And honestly I can't remember the last time I have not given a tip. But, I did not leave a tip during my visit to your establishment. I spent the first 15 minutes of our ice cream eating experience at your Creamery explaining to my granddaughter the importance of customer service and that I was fairly certain that the employer of the two young ladies would most likely take issue with their customer service skills or lack there of. I will say that the ice cream was delicious, but most likely will go-to CVS for an ice cream cone next time. I never write reviews. But after this experience I felt compelled and thought the Cold Stone management would appreciate the review as to address the issue and prevent further negative...

Went here after dinner. I haven't had their ice cream in ages. And I still haven't, I ordered sorbet and my wife had the ice cream. They are nice, at least the staff that was there tonight, couple of girls and couple of guys. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after a few minutes sitting there, eating, and reviewing their menu. I realized the music on the overhead absolutely did not match the establishment. It was playing some very established Mexican music like I would find at El Rachito or Taqueria San Mateo(great places for Mexican breads and tacos/tortas etc. respectively). I just want to recognize them for making such a bold choice. Chances are I'm going to be heading to Cold Stone after grabbing tacos, or at least it will always cross my mind. I'm a weekly customer at least twice a week since I live down the st. I had a guy named Bryan serve my husband who didn't even mixed the ice cream or pecans said he couldn't do it that it had to be on top. Did not even throw it in the coldstone to mixed he put it straight on the cup. My wife was able to get hers mixed when we asked why he couldn't mixed it he got attitude and he threw it on the coldstone with a pinch of pecans and put a lid on the cup which didn't even fill the cup and slammed the cup on the counter didn't even bother saying anything else.
