Regency Inn — Hotel in Fresno

I Was Booked for a Bedroom for 2 Beds , threw Expedia, Lied to me, Charged me 107.00 , We Showed up and Seen only 1 Car there 😑 I asked for the Room, Looking around, Told the Manager There's no Cars here , That Istantly Threw a Red Flag 😳, Then he Said I asked for a Bedroom with a King sized Bed when on the Itinerary, It Shows I Requested a 2 Bedroom, He Called me a Liar, Said he Only have a Bedroom with King Size bed , I Was Boiling Hot and Upset 😡 when he Stated that I would Have to pay 20.00 dollars more for a Two Beds , I Told Him I'm not going to give you Anything, I want my Money back ASAP He Denied me a Refund he Said I Booked it with a 3rd Party , ??? Then he said you Used Expedia 🙄 😒, I Said I'm NOT STAYING IN HERE, BYE , AND THIS 3RD PARTY EXPEDIA, LIED TO ME TELLING ME THAT THE HOTEL I WANTED TO STAY WAS FULL AND HE MADE ARAGMENT TO BOOK ME AT THAT RED FLAG DUMP WITH NO CARS IN THE PARKING LOT EMPTY JUST LIKE THE PICTURE. !!!! WE LEFT AND I MADE CONTACT WITH BEST WESTERN VILLAGE INN UP THE STREET, WHERE I WANTED TO STAY THE 1ST PLACE. SPOKE WITH THE LADY AT FRONT DESK, I WAS SO UPSET 😡 I HAD TO COOL DOWN 😎, She went totally out of her way to help Us out, And Booked Us a Beautiful Room, In A 5 Star Hotel 🏨, I will Never Use A 3rd party to Book a Room!!!!! Stay away from Expedia... and That Dump Regency Inn on Blackstone Ave . Waiting for my Refund. , I plan on going back to Fresno this Sunday. And I will Book my Stay AT Best Western Village Inn. Definitely a 5 Star Hotel 🏨 ✨️. 😎😊💘⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Daughter and I was Greatfull to gone to 5 Star Hotel Best Western Village Inn. And Will Continue to Go There, THE HELL WITH REGENCY INN IN FRESNO RED FLAG DUMP!!!!! .should be Closed Down ....

Great place for the night or even a weekend getaway. Rooms are clean and the service is great. family owned and operated really nice people. The hotel itself is not bad at all. No lot lizards plenty of parking.walking distance to a few restaurants I'd have to say I am pleased with the place and will be coming back. I definitely would check this place out if your needing...

Check in for one night it was ok second time I booked a smoking standard room when I checked in the room wasn't available then wanted to give me a non-smoking room & charge me $50 deposit to make sure I didn't smoke i go to cancel my reservation I couldn't they keep my money and I was left on the street for the night I wouldn't recommend this...
