I frequent this location, only because it’s convenient. But after today, I would rather drive anywhere else. I went through drive through to pick up my mobile order, and I also asked to get two tacos for which I had coupons for. The only reason I had the coupons was for a previous visit that I had issues on. As soon as I got to the window, the manager, a young male, stated “from now on if you want to pick up a mobile order you need to let us know at the speaker. I actually did, but besides the point, he started with an attitude. Then the cashier said I couldn’t use both coupons (which I was using to get my kids a taco), and they were both in the car with me. The cashier told me that the coupons had to be used for an adult. Which made no sense to me because the coupon says per person per visit, not per transaction. And also does not specify that the coupon can only be used by an adult. My kids are 6 & 9, and it was for a single taco so there’s no reason this should have escalated. I also had a mobile order in which I paid for and didn’t receive. I left the drive thru and went inside with my 3 kids. I asked the so called manager for her regional managers information when she stated she doesn’t have a regional manager. I said so who runs all the stores in this area? That’s when she said, it was an area coach not a regional manager. Same thing, but okay. I asked her for my coupon back and I asked her if she could just give me the contact information to reach the area coach. She refused because she said she was trying to rectify the situation and I wasn’t accepting for her to now make the tacos after the fact. I had no problem paying for my kids tacos, the attitude and customer service is what had me upset. There’s no reason why I should have been treated like that. The manager then states that I need to leave and she’s going to have me trespassed because I kept asking for the contact information to her area coach. I have worked at Taco Bell as a manager for 5 years when someone asks for your district/regional/area coaches information you give that information. Or better yet she could have given me the information to her franchise office. We left without any food, and my kids were upset on the way home because she was threatening to...
Read moreHats Off to the Taco Bell Night Crew!
Seriously, the closing team at this Taco Bell is just phenomenal – hands down the best I've ever experienced at any fast-food joint. And I genuinely mean that; they truly deserve all the praise. I swing by about 3:25-3:30 AM on my way home from work, which is pretty late since they close at 4 AM. That's a super late shift for places that aren't 24/7, but not once have I ever gotten an attitude from them. Compare that to other spots where I've shown up 15 or 10 minutes before an 11 PM closing (five hours earlier than Taco Bell!), only to be met with pure laziness, bordering on outright hostility. They just won't even take my order, even when they're supposed to still be open. That really grinds my gears. Of course, you shouldnt make a habkt of coming by 5 mins before theh close... but point is, if you had to do that here, the employees wouldnt make a federal crime out of it.
But it's more than just their amazing attitude. They do a fantastic job. Not a single time in those 20-ish drive-thru visits have they messed up my order. Every sauce I ask for is there, every modification is spot-on, everything's always included. I mean, that's rare no matter where or when you go, but these folks absolutely nail it. It's almost funny because I went to the same Taco Bell two days earlier during a rare lunch visit, and they forgot my nacho chips and cheese. Not a big deal, slip-ups happen, and I'm sure the lunch shift is great too. My point is, it's pretty rare for the closing crew to be more accurate than a day shift, especially when the general manager is likely working during the day.
All in all, I just want to say a huge thank you to the closing crew here at this Taco Bell. You all do a phenomenal job. If I were the owner, I'd seriously consider giving you all a modest pay bump because, let me tell you, I keep coming back more times than I can count for a reason. It's because I know I won't get basically harassed for placing an order, and I know that order is going to be correct. I seriously appreciate that. Thank you...
Read moreThis location better count their fxcking days. Pregnancy cravings got the best of me so I ordered online because it was gonna be a big order for myself and my 4 other family members. In the app, it wouldn't let me select the drive-thru option to pick my food up, no problem. I can go inside to get it. Once I got there you could tell the entire staff was fighting for their lives under all the stress. The way that they were making peoples orders was just sloppy so I was immediately concerned but hoped for the best. I didn't wanna be that customer but it took over 5 minutes of getting someone’s attention as they kept ignoring me standing at the front. Finally I got the one big girl’s attention as she went to give someone else food but I was met with an even bigger attitude. I guess she was wanting to avoid me again so I made her mad that I mentioned I was waiting for my online order. Her: “Did you make it online?” …….. I mean…? Her: can't find it on system “well you need to go in the drive thru because it's not in my system” (Mind you I couldn't tap the drive thru to pick it up) but lo and behold she looked over at the food ready to be picked up and saw my order and just handed to me before rudely asking for my name again. All this to say throw the entire establishment away! The customer service is down at the bottom of the deepest ocean. The food was cold and so sloppy, sloppy Joe would’ve been proud. And the cherry on top? All I wanted was hard tacos. Out of my entire order, those were the only things not in the bag. Don't bring your worst enemy here. Support local and real Mexican restaurants instead of this dumpster fire of a...
