TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE.
Specifically leaving this review for the general manager HAILEY SHEPHERD. Ordered my pizza at 9:00pm and pizza barely got to my house at 12am sitting on THE FLOOR OUTSIDE ON A DIRTY FLOOR MAT NEXT TO MY TRASH.
My pizza was delivered to the wrong address when I called to see the status of my delivery. After finding out it was sent to the wrong address, Hailey said it’d be free of charge, (she meant free delivery, which i already paid for initially, so absolutely nothing was free)
After the pizza was sent to the correct address no one ever knocked at my door upon arrival and mind you I live 5 MINUTES from this location. Was initially told it’d take 30-45 minutes. I asked Hailey for a refund since my pizza was cold and was tired of calling and them doing their job wrong, she said “I cant do that” so I asked for a discount on my next order (since it took 2 hours to get here and was just left on the floor outside), Hailey said “I can’t do that”. Just such disgusting behavior, you are supposed to show compassion to your customers in that kind of position.
Didn’t even get my 2 liter since she put the new order in for just a pizza.
Love being stuck with a cold pizza that was sitting outside with the bugs next to my trash, so yummy!! also love the fact my husband has to go to the store for soda when we just bought one from papa john’s and was supposed to be delivered to me. AT 12AM!!
it’s sad when you can’t do one of the most basic jobs and aren’t willing to provide for your customers and fulfill their order and what they paid for.
definitely feel robbed. will be calling corporate. very bad service and disgusting immature attitude from this manager that is supposed to be representing this company. very embarrassing for papa john’s. I have never been treated this way at this location and will go back to Dominoes....
Read moreCalled to check the status of my order and the “manager” told me that the driver is on the way.. however when she read my order she noted that it said no pepperoni.. and I explained to her that’s not what I ordered, and she said “well that’s how it came in our system and there’s nothing we can do about it.” HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was not very helpful at all… I love papa johns but I will never order from this location again. By the way, I ordered my pizza almost two hours ago and I still haven’t received it. Don’t get me wrong, I understand things happen but there was absolutely zero compassion with this “manager”. Update: I called to cancel my order to get my money back and the “manager” stated “well the driver is on the way” & I told her since my order supposedly came through the system wrong, I would just like to cancel because it’s taking too long. She said in her system (once again) it “generated 2 hours delivery time” & I tried to explain to her that when I got the notification it said 46 minutes and then it changed to cancel… So she got angry and hung up on me. Moral of the story is… your pizza will take 2 hours to come and if it’s incorrect, it’s your fault because the “system” is always correct. Read moreSo disappointed! We order from this Papa Johns at least twice a month spending between $70 to over $80 for each order. The wait time for many months has been 2 hours. This is the worst we ever encountered for any food delivery BUT that did not stop us from ordering because the food has been worth the wait. If they got an order wrong they have always been very apologetic and would send a replacement. That was until yesterday. Once again we waited 2 hours for our order of 3 pizza’s and Cheese Bread. Everything looked good except for one of the pizzas that we ordered with extra sauce. Compared to our previous orders the amount of sauce did not amount to “extra”. When I called asking for a replacement. The woman told me she prepared the pizza herself and it had extra sauce. Regardless of her opinion the customer that paid for it was not satisfied. This is no different then buying something at store and asking for an exchange. I asked her if she was going to send us a replacement and was told “ No Ma’am we will not”. Wow!!!
