Horrible customer service. Owner was so rude and unprofessional I am baffled at how he acted when I wanted my hair redone because the first time it washed out a lot in one wash. I didnāt wash it right away, I washed it four days later during my vacation and it was basically blonde again with a tint of orange. I already had my hair bleached before (from another salon) and then they just applied color on top of it. I was asking for my hair to be neon peach/orange and they didnāt really have the colors I wanted and I didnāt know that until after so It obviously wasnāt as bright or the color I asked for. I wanted a shadow root and have my roots bleached and have the rest of my hair lightened as well before the color application which I thought I was getting but there was some miscommunication I guess. I was only booked for a single process not a double process when they said a double process was going to be booked. I could have done this myself (just apply color on top and nothing else) and feel like I paid way too much money for a mediocre hair job. I called to reschedule another session and they fixed it for free. It apparently had to be with the same stylist to be free but she didnāt even touch my hair the second time and someone else did it. However, when I got there owner said āthey tried to contact me 6 times to tell me they canāt do the color I wantā but I was at work all day whenever they did so I canāt answer my phone all the time. He then said they canāt rebleach it and donāt think its a good idea when they originally told me over the phone that they could. I ended up getting my hair dyed bright pink/fushia and the color is better than before but overall I never want to go back because they just handled the situation in a poor matter. Extremely disappointed and still would love to have a refund or partial refund because I could have got it done for half the price and a better job...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA month ago I would have rated this salon that I've have been attending for more than 3 years as 5 stars. However, I'm beyond disappointed in the way Michele, the owner, acted today. Considering he is 20+ years my senior there was no need to yell "Good Luck!" at me in a mocking and condescending manner when I was exiting the salon simply because I chose to continue on with my stylist elsewhere. I never once mentioned it while in there for my appointment nor made any sort of snide/negative comments about the salon because I handle myself as an adult. The silver lining in all this for me is that him acting like that just proves I've made the right decision to leave the salon. I suggest you save your money and go to a salon run by grown ups who understands the value of customer service. If you must go here for whatever reason, go see Darcy as she can rock it out!
Edit: I posted the same statement to their facebook account. 24 hours later instead of doing the right thing and trying to correct a negative experience or even reaching out my post was deleted. They quoted me $68 for a shampoo, and cut. Because michael was an experienced stylist. I thought i was pricey but i went anyway because i was in desperate need of a cut. When i went the atmosphere was nice and the conversation was ok. But my cut was horrible!! He did nothing i asked him to do. When i scheduled another appointment the receptionist was rude. I run a business and deal with customer service everyday, and it was very unprofessional. I had a very busy day at work the day of my next appointment and couldnt make my appointment. Michael called me and proceeded to tell me i was rude an i shouldve told him i wouldnt make my appointment (which i called he receptionist an told her i wouldnt make it). He was very unprofessional. I even referred two friends to ciao bella and they too had horrible cuts from michael. I recommend going to a different salon.
