I recently purchased tickets for a musical event here and it did say indoor. After my purchase I did a google and YouTube search and found that they also had outdoor events. I became concerned then as to whether my event would be outside or inside. I sent a DM in their FB page to try and confirm and never received a response. I then made a comment on a recent post advertising the event and did not see a immediate reply so I made a phone call just a couple hours prior to the event and no one answered, I was directed to a voicemail. I was concerned about how I should dress for the weather as this was in the middle of January and temps were dropping after dark into the 50s. I received a response during the middle of the event, 8 hrs after my posted comment. From my research on Google it appeared to be a small venue with somewhere between 125-150 seats. It was indeed small and there was approximately 40-50 folding chairs open on the floor and a few more propped up against the wall. Maybe another 25 seats along the back wall similar to a couch with a cushion seat. With that being said, we’re now talking about 75 seats and approximately 125 or so people. There were 25 or so that came in just before the show that had to sit on the floor or stand the entire show, 2+ hrs. When the group that was sitting tired of being on the floor stood up mid way through the show those behind them that were sitting could no longer see without also having to stand. I could not give more stars because of this seating arrangement. Purchase or rent more chairs, pretty simple. If you purchase tickets for indoor event be early when the doors open to acquire a seat or maybe bring a folding chair just in case. I’m sure the outside events probably fill up fast as well even though they have a large green space outside. Nice weather will draw a crowd and parking may be an issue then, more so...
Read moreApril 26th, 2025 went to a concert, but didn't arrive until almost 7pm to hear Uncle Morty Rhythm Cream and The Grass is Dead. Glad we didn't go earlier because this was mostly an outside venue and it was super hot that day. Bring a cooling device if going during the day to these all day concerts. Bring chairs if you want to sit and be aware that there are only porta potties for lower paying ticket holders. They do have inside bathrooms, but are only reserved for musicians and higher paying VIP ticket holders.
Adult beverage prices are reasonable, average price is $7. Food and ware vendors come in and there are restaurants and a local brewery on the complex.
The sound engineers mixing the bands were very good.
Tickets for this event were $30/person at the door and you were given an armband to be able to come in and out. No pets except service dogs are posted on the website, but I saw a couple of people with non-service dogs, one of them being friends of ours.
Kid friendly, wheel chair accessible, and parking limited, but was not hard for us to find a spot. Be prepared to be beaned with a beachball or run into by some smaller human. Dance area is large and the whole area is mostly grass/dirt.
We traveled about 30 minutes to get there. We met people we know and love and had a good time. We will...
Read moreWe drove here to see Lily Rose and so glad that we did! It is a small venue past a few round abouts after you leave the UF college area. It can be intimate or a party scene! I really appreciated Josh, who was made the VIP M&G seamless for us, because we had to work late, we thought we might have missed it! I called and he reassured me that we would be good! The girl taking tickets with the pink hair (dk her name) was nice and fun. The overall show was soooo fun! It is BYOC if you want to sit, or you can dance, stand, jump or chill. There were people of all ages including kids, and it was fun. The M&G was set in a small indoor room, took pics, said your hellos and then got to interact for a brief moment with !Q&A, and most of all hear Lily sing to us!
I would go back here for Lily or any other artist I might...
