Crystal Inn & Suites — Hotel in Galloway Township

I reserved this place because it was pet friendly. There was no mention of the fees in the confirmation email. Just told the guy who seems to be the owner that they should wright it on rhe web site. And this started escalated. He laughed at me saying this was my responsibility to confirm, and that the fees were on the site (witch is false, i verified) Realy unfriendly and almost hostile. And the lady came in to take part of the argument, almost more hostile than the man. Finaly, i just want to pay the damn fees and go to sleep, but their machine dont accept international credit nor debit cards. I ask if they have an atm so i can get money and pay; the lady as the audacity to ask me why i have so much exeptations and that they would have to pay fees to have a atm, getting more and more hostile😅 like guys its just a question! So i have the stupidity to ask if they know if i can find one near and they refuse to awnser. At this point they both yell at me, im much more than confuse. They say to google it. I finaly find that there is a bank just the other side of the road (would it have been so hard to tell it to me?) So i'm finaly able to go back and pay the non mentioned fee. I say: you know i was just commenting, and it would have all been avoided if all the infos were on the site. The man yells at me again and tells me to go out and that he will give me my money for the fee, i insisted to stay because i already paid the reservation. He finaly give me the card and i can go to the room.

The room: no water heater, stains on the towels scratches everywere on the furniture, (took pitcture just in case, they are so intense they could say it was my fault 😅) and not even a descent conforter, it was an hospital blanket between two sheets.

So, yes it was cheap (before the uneccepted fees) but valued even less than the price. I just paid to get yeld at by two strangers on my firat night in the usa. Worst custommer...

Booked this hotel last minute and chose it because of how cheap the rates were for a Saturday night. First thing I noticed is that the front office also serves as the owners home. So you have to buzz a door bell and wait for them to buzz you in, and sometimes you're left standing outside because they don't always hear the door bell. I received my room and was pretty relieved when I opened the door and the room looked to be clean. First thing I noticed was that the walls were like paper thin because I could hear everything going on in the room right next to me. It actually got so bad that I went to the office and asked to switch rooms. At first they seemed reluctant to switch my room but finally gave in. They gave be the room all they way at the end so I could have some peace and quiet. I switched rooms, was glad this room was also clean and spacious. After being in there for 30 seconds the smoke detector started beeping really loud and stated that its batteries were running low. This loud beeping persisted every 30 seconds and became really annoying. I had already switched rooms and didn't want to go back to the office to complain. I tried to turn it off, no luck. I tried to take the batteries out, still no luck. It continued to beep. Finally after 30 minutes of messing with it I managed to unplug it and take off the ceiling. Besides the smoke detector problem everything else went well. The room was large, had a king size bed and had very clean bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the price and quality...

The worst $300 I spent in my life, typical Indian bullshit price gouging scum bags. Last room left after paying $300 asked me If I wanted a smoking room and it would cost $25 extra. If it's the last room how do you have a non smoking room and a smoking room if I got the last room? Obviously was going to put me in the same room no matter what whether I got a smoking room or not. Charging extra $25 to smoke in the room. Since I didn't do that 30 mins later she calls me to office and tells me now I have to pay a 34 dollar pet fee ok whatever. Then there's 2 lamps but no plugs in wall where they are placed there for decoration. Huge blood stain on the carpet just chilling there like someone got murdered. TV isn't even wide screen has a black perimeter around what your watching. I was constantly itching non stop like I was sitting in a pile of bugs. My dog wouldn't even sleep or get comfortable obviously sensed something was off. The wifi is so weak your better off saying there is no wifi at all. Only 1 foot towel in the bathroom to small to even dry a baby. Little packets of shampoo that they get from charity places. Hot breakfast ? There was none false advertising to the fullest. Lady have a phobia for smells she walks around with a mask on. There's no front office you can step into that's where they live she will step outside the door to deal with you. Place is just off worse hotel I ever been to , besides the homestead hotel nothing beats that place for...
