Best Food In Town — Restaurant in Absecon

To get straight to the point the food as well as the up keep of this location was horrendous. The smell of burnt fryer grease Greeted me at the door. My ordered Was Disgusting. I called as soon as I got home. The young lady that answered the phone didn’t seem to be surprised when I said my egg fu young was full of burnt grease. They put the gravy on the side. What was more Disturbing was the young lady seemed relieved when I said that I didn’t want a refund but I would not be coming back. Please save your money this location will be going out of business soon trust me. My entire order went straight in the trash. If anyone from this location Deny any of my Allegations I will post a video of the horrible food on my Facebook. You got to keep my 20 bucks I hope it was worth it....

They use real orange peel in the orange chicken sauce, which tastes amazing, just don't eat the peels themselves... egg foo young was good too with the gravy on the side. Pint of Beef and broccoli is delicious, not exactly low on sodium but not overly salty. Just right. If you want so.ething 'like' meal prep food while your in the area for a week or two pint of beef and broccoli light on the sauce is perfect. I didnt ask but I'm convinced they make their sauces in house fresh its not just out of a bottle on the shelf loaded with msg and sodium like a lot of Asian restaurants in America. We recently moved to Absecon from Philly, where Chinese food places are a dime a dozen and very hit or miss. I was worried that with there being so little competition here in Absecon that my chances of finding even mediocre Chinese food was slim to none. However this place far surpassed my small expectations, quite possibly the best take out Chinese food I have ever had. The General's chicken and shrimp I ordered were both cooked perfectly, the lo mein was flavorful and the wonton soup, a true test for me, was amazing. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed Chinese take out so much. Will definitely be ordering...
