Five Guys — Restaurant in Absecon

If I could give them no stars I would, my step mom ordered 3 burgers 2 hotdogs 2 fries and a milkshake online. Once I got to five guys they gave me 2 bags of fries and 1 burger and I told the guy I’m missing 2 burgers and 2 hotdogs and the guy said i apologize make sure your order come first and made me reordered it and pay for it when i literally showed him the pictures my step mom ordered online but I still had to pay for it. Once my step mom called them and told them she ordered online the girl was acting all confused smiling and gigging and she told the guy about the situation and he was smiling and giggling and then the other guy literally pulled a whole bag down that was already ready and what my step mom ordered I had to tell them I needed a whole refund and they was still confused on which one I needed a refunded on and I literally told them the one I had to reorder. Never again will I eat or order from this place again. So unorganized and unprofessional. Oh btw my fries...

The place was nice and the music was cool. I got disappointed when the attendant served my 🍟 and handed it to me. When I looked in the bag, the cup was not full. Normally I wouldn't ask, but I was just from the beach and hungry so I asked her why the cup was not filled. She told me the extra is in the bag. When I looked, there wasn't much in the bag. I then ask her if she can fill it for me. She didn't answer and walked away. The next attendant came and asked what the issue was and I explained to him. He said sure, we'll fill it. The next fries became ready and the girl served the next person on the line leaving me standing there. When I asked if she intended to fill the cup or not, she told me my fries were being made, so I waited. It wasn't long before she served me another cup of fries, put in the bag and threw the bag on the counter for me to pick even though I was literally near her. That disappointed me, but because I was tired, I walked away...

Literally my favorite burger on the planet. Never ever had a bad experience with a Five Guys trip. My regular order is a Little Bacon Cheeseburger with A1, hot sauce, mayo & pickles the "little" cheeseburger is just one patty, while a "regular" is 2 patties. Burgers are always cooked to perfection, toppings on point. Staff is always friendly and the whole restaurant is consistently clean (including the restrooms!!). Their Cajun fries are FIRE and they usually give you a huge amount even when you order a "little" Cajun fry. They offer malt vinegar and ketchup. They also have milkshakes now too!!
