I would never stay here again, even if you paid me. The owners were rude as hell! Long but let me explain. I checked in at 7 because I was heading to the Garth Brooks concert. She was saying how she was surprised I booked because they were booked but she had a cancellation so that must be why I was able to book. I drop my stuff and my dog off in the room real quick and head to the concert. By the time the concert was over and I had a very late dinner with my friend it was 4 am when I got back to the room (my dog had a potty box, food, water and toys so he was taken care of). I am so exhausted and in a ton of pain at this point because I'm disabled. I pass out, hard. I wake up long enough to call them to request another night. Then I pass out again after taking more pain meds because I literally could not walk I was hurting so much. I wake up around 10:30 PM and I notice at this point how bad the room is. I have to juggle the light switch to get the light to stay on. The bathroom is so dirtying (especially the bathtub, see photos) that I wouldn't take a shower in it, considering I sweated like crazy at the concert that should tell you something. There are brown streaks all down the walls. There is mold on the ceiling. I go to get ready to get some food and notice there is a burn mark and nail polish on the night stand. At this point I'm annoyed but like whatever. I go with my dog and get some dry shampoo and wet wipes and food. When I get back to the hotel my key doesn't work so I go to the office building and ring the doorbell. The lady comes to the night window in pajamas and bed head. I explain the issue and she has me sign for the second night. Then she asks if I have a dog with me and I'm like ya? I thought my mom (that made the reservation) put that on there and that was why the price was higher than what my mom told me the reservation was. Apparently it wasn't on there and thankfully she only charged me $20 for one night with a pet vs $20 EACH night for a pet. I go back to my room and stay up for a bit to play with my dog. While playing with him I notice that under the sink there's drywall missing. Under the heating/ac unit there is a plug with no cover and exposed wires. Went to put food in the fridge and noticed the bottom was dirty. Checked the microwave and it wasnt cleaned either. No trashcan, just the ice bucket. Then noticed the most upsetting thing, the smoke alarm had been removed from the wall. I was in a smoking room but pretty sure they still need to have a smoke alarm in them? At this point I don't want to wake that lady up again and figure I'll deal with it at check out. When I tell the same lady I dealt with during check in, and the night before with my key not working that the room was really bad and they shouldn't be renting it out like that she gets really snippy and says "well you should've told me before staying in it two days". I try to explain that I got in super late the first night and passed out till the second night and she cuts me off saying that she would've moved me to a different room if I had told her when I called in the morning to book another night. I tried telling her I hadn't noticed how bad everything was and that I was disabled and unable to even get out of bed let alone move rooms at that point. She walks out of the room while I'm trying to talk to her and cuts me off saying that I stayed in that room 2 days and should've told her before. At this point I'm annoyed and yell to the back "wow great customer service walking away when I'm trying to tell you something." She yells from the back that the only reason I'm mad is because she charged me for my dog and I got caught lying about having a dog and to have a good day. I just laugh, shake my head and leave. I never lied about having a dog. So now I'm on here, warning you to look at other reviews of this place like I should have. This place is gross and the manager? is snippy, rude and has horrible...
Read moreDO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a motel. Everything was terrible. It was HORRIFIC. We reserved a NON SMOKING room a month in advance through Priceline, and when we checked in with OUR ALMOST FOUR MONTH OLD we were placed in a smoking room. I could not believe how horrible the conditions were. I did not want to be there. Everything was dirty, disgusting, old, and in terrible condition. We’ve stayed in motels before since they are cheap for a few nights but this was the absolute worst. I didn’t want our baby to sleep in the smoke so I told the guy helping us that we needed to be moved. He moved us to another room, but it had an ozone air/odor remover in it. It didn’t smell too bad in that room so we assumed it was a better room. WRONG. This room was also in the same disgusting state. I could not believe it. The bedcovers had holes in them. The sheets had pubic hair, and the blankets had gross skin or something on it. We told the guy that we needed new sheets and that the bed wasn’t clean then some woman got on the phone with him. She proceeded to scream at him over the phone for some random crap while he was helping us. (????) It was super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable with the whole situation. We just wanted a clean bed. The floor wasn’t swept, the walls had gross stains, the water smelled bad, the bed was festering in whatever crap, and after like 10 minutes the guy goes “I can see if I can get you clean sheets”, left and came back and said they didn’t have any available. So, we went to Ross to get our own, but when we returned, the room smelled like gross smoke again. I was grossed out so I made sure to also buy cleaner and soap, because we paid like $200 for three nights which for a short stay is EXPENSIVE. We had been traveling all day with our baby. We expected better. Anyways, I cleaned every surface with disinfectant, and we stripped the bed of the gross bedding. We decided to make it work because oh my gosh we were stupid and tired. Traveling with a baby has been difficult. Overnight I cried because what the crap man! My child had to breathe in that gross smell. In the morning I figured out they just moved us to another crappy smoking room, and the terrible smell everywhere was smoke. (Why did they do that???)Why didn’t they move us to a non-smoking room with my baby??? We told the front desk lady about our situation and she moved us to a non-smoking room but IN THE MORNING???? WHY DIDNT WE GET THE NON-SMOKING ROOM IN THE FIRST PLACE??? But at that point I was finished. We had to get out. WE WERE NOT STAYING. This place is terrible. My husband and I got a better hotel at a similar price and decided to check out ASAP because we got the other hotel THEN AND THERE. We got the full $50 security deposit back but the lady said they NEVER GIVE REFUNDS??? I asked for a refund because they didn’t deliver what we paid for. We paid for three days. We have the paperwork and everything for a NON-SMOKING ROOM. We did this whole MONTH IN ADVANCE. And they don’t give refunds?????...
Read moreWhere do I begin!? the first day we were at this hotel, they had a hard time checking us in. Mind you we reserved and paid through a booking website. When we got to the hotel they saw our reservation but said it was cancelled and could only tell us is because of our card. We've used the same card for the last two weeks worth of hotels. After I told them no we had no canceled our reservation and I have no confirmation of any cancelation they all of a sudden found it after I started to get a agitated. We get checked in, they have my debit card on file for accidental like all hotels do. We decided to book another night, again we booked it through a booking website. Check out is at 11. I called down to the office at 1030 to let her know we have booked another night and to just transfer everything over she "come to find out she was the OWNER!!!!" She began to yell something along the lines of we needed to be out before 11 or she was going to kick us out, and proceeded to hang up on me. I called a second time and she answered the phone continue yelling saying "She is the owner and doesn't have time for this" I was beyond blown away. I get up to go to the front and figure out what is going on. I get checked in she was completely rude about the whole process. I guess we were supposed to be charged $50 for accidentals which they didn't charge us the first night, well the owner saw it and notified me and said she would only charge me $20. I told her she could not do it on that card and I would get her cash. I asked for a few hours to get it due to me working nights and I was only on 3 hours of sleep. She refused to give me anytime to wake up and properly dressed to go out in public. While having that discussion a customer comes in the door and gets in line behind me decent amount of space. I was not bothers with a rude tone she asked them to stand all the way up against the back wall and to give me space. 10 minutes later I go back into the office to give her the $20 deposit and the people that were behind me previously were at the counter and she kicked them out and told them to leave. As far as I am concerned to my knowledge there was no reason to other than she was completely a rude owner of the motel. She was all high and mighty about being the owner and being able to kick people out when she snapped her fingers. While in the middle of being checked in for the second night she makes it more than aware that we CAN NOT have visitors or we will be charged, what in the world is this nonsense!!! Now going to talk about the rooms. Its still considered winter in February. Our room was like 50 degrees when we got into it. It took the little heater in the wall almost 12 hours to get out room up to temp. The mini fridge was dirty and had sticky stuff all over it. The room had an odor. The bathroom is beyond nasty. Our towels had many different types of stains on them. Our bedding had stains and holes in what was considered the comforter. Our pillows were so old they were...
