If you like MOLD, sinks LEAKING WATER all over the counter, furniture that is in poor conditions, front desk staff that won't come to the front desk (and they're on a personal phone call when they do), and a management team that refuses to take responsibility and own up to the issues even when presented with photo evidence ... then this hotel is for you! The manager on duty tried to convince me that this room was their "VIP Suite" (it was a top floor corner suite) and that the owner themselves had just stayed in that room with ZERO complaints. I strongly doubt the owner would fail to notice the BLACK & PINK mold and mildew covering the entire bottom of the shower door and glass. I'm including the exact photos I provided to their GM before he told me that we didn't give them a chance to "fix" the situation so we were out of luck and out of the nearly $200 we paid for the room. If you need a room in this area of Germantown, do yourself a huge favor and go right across the parking lot to the TownePlace Suites by Marriott like we did and stay away from this Hampton.

This Hampton Inn is located in a really nice area. The hotel is updated and beautiful inside. There are lysol stickers on the doors indicating that the room has been sanitized. The beds are comfortable and rooms are adequate size. They are still serving breakfast, but most of it has to be asked for. The waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, eggs, sausage all is behind tables with plexiglass glass and they have people serving you. You can take tubs of cereal, milk, yogurt, and juice already in cups on the side. The staff isn't very friendly at this hotel. They seem to be annoyed with having to serve food. This Hampton Inn is very large and has multiple levels and rooms. The parking lot is large. It is shared with some other buildings. You can online check in and have digital keys here. You have to wear masks all through the hotel too. They have sanitizing stations all over the hotel with either wipes or hand sanitizer.

The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy and dusty, the tub was dirty with brown stains all down the middle of it. The front desk was no help when it came to where to park our trailer because they’re “full for the night” so as paying military members, we had to drive around the area to find somewhere to park then walk all the way to the hotel with our suitcases and our two kids under 2 years old. The blinds don’t close all the way so after a whole day of traveling my family lay awake staring at this bright light from outside the window and we literally didn’t get any sleep. When I told the front desk about the terrible quality of the room, she (Feliciana) gave me a $30 credit. That’s all we got for a room that cost $210 a night with amenities no one in my family used because of how dirty and unkept they were. Never again. The only reason we stayed the night was out of pure exhaustion.

This property in no way reflects Hilton values or service.|I have stayed at this property multiple times over recent years. Early on, this was a great property. I don't know if ownership has changed or if the slack management practices learned during Covid have tainted the service at this property. Whatever the cause, this is definitely a hotel to avoid.|After check-in I was told that the satellite TV service was having problems. This was a Saturday on a very important (to me) SEC football weekend. I was told the problem was a result of the recent hurricane. A hurricane that did not pass through Memphis and happened over one week before my stay. Later, when I confronted the management about this issue I was told that it was not a hurricane related issue. When I asked for an adjustment in my rate due to service(s) not provided, I was told that would take some time and have to come from Hilton corporate.|During the stay I learned that this property has continued covid policies relating to housekeeping--every other day only. I had to run down maids in the hallway to get clean towels. And then, there were no English speaking maids to assist me.|The furniture in my suite was stained and dirty. One corner of the coach was frayed from what looked like a pet scratching the upholstery.|Window shade will not pull completely shut. Better bring your clothes pins unless you can sleep with a spotlight in the window.|When I went to the dining room to get breakfast and take back to my room, I was told there were no trays to use. All trays are "in your room under your coffee maker." When I returned to my room there was no tray. Later that day someone came to my room to replace the coffee maker...which was there! I told them I needed a tray to carry food on, not a new coffee maker. I was then told that there were no trays in the hotel.|Lies, no help, no communication, no training....if you like these things, this is your property!|Oh yeah....Hilton responded to my post on "X" via direct message. Asked for all of my contact information so they could get me compensated for my experience. Never heard back from Hilton. Guess this is indicative of a "top...

Are room was changed after we already made reservations. They gave us a king bed and a hide a bed sofa instead of two queen beds. When we got in the room looking for bedding for the hide a bed it didn't have any. I called the front desk and he said I had to come and get the bedding myself. The bed was awful is it had all springs sticking up . My child had to put the cushions on the couch to sleep. When we went downstairs the next morning and talked to the front desk she acted like she could care less. In the room it only had one wah cloth. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money. UPDATE: 1YEAR LATER after receiving a response on my last post I thought that I would give this Hampton Inn another shot cause I know anyone can have a bad day. They after a year later have stepped up there gamete hotel was clean in the public areas and a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was just as we booked it and clean and inviting bathroom was also clean and well stocked so we had everything we needed. We used our Hilton Honors app to check-in and check-out and for the digital room key and that was perfect. If I had to ding anything it would be that when they started to run out of the breakfast food they would not make any more for those that was coming down around 9:15am and breakfast was supposed to be served til 10:00am. But that is the only thing that we seen that they could improve on. As we did use the H.HONORS app we didn't even have to go to the front desk for nothing but they did notice us leaving out the front door and acknowledge us and told us safe travels. So with that I would say they where friendly staff a front desk. So my next trip I will be back and hope to see they keep these same...

Sadly a bad customer service experience all around. We were diamond members last year, fell to gold this year due to illness and not being able to travel as much last year. But we were pushing to get to diamond again before the end of this year, after this visit and a few other not great Hilton stays recently I am moving over to Bonvoy.||Did online check-in and picked my room . I understand there is never any guarantees but the room I picked specifically faced away from the road and was on the top floor.|At 5 o’clock, I still had not received my digital key, so we went to the hotel and asked about our room. At that point, the man checking us in just said that it was no longer available and gave me a room on the second floor. When I got to the room. I found that instead that we was facing at the main road. I called down to see if we could get moved to a room like I had originally requested and it was there’s nothing available. |Day 2|I am now waiting in the dining area for hot water, when I went to get water, which I need for my medication, they were completely out. I went to the front desk and they said it should be out in just a few minutes. It has been over 15 minutes and they still have not brought it.|There has been no greeting or acknowledgement coming in or out of the hotel.|Curtains do not shut all the way so bright light comes in and there is no good way to push them up against the wall unless you place...
