I would like a manager to call I went in first time and it was grandparents day bogo 50% off . So I purchased to pints of frozen ice cream. The young At registered told you had to have a kid with you in order to get the discount. So this means anyone with a kid could receive the discount if the was a grandparent or not . Very bias and racist too . Good old Germantown. You can’t validate if a person is a grandparent or not . They could have a kid with them but still not a grandparent this clear shows racism because If I’m grandparent just give the discount. Y’all will hear from me . Then I requested two pints of ice cream the young girl working in stated you can get them out the cooler and they are cheaper 🤔that’s not what I asked for. OUTSTANDING!! This place is a wonderful addition to this shopping center. I also love the new format - self-serve + counter service.

We stopped in last night for a sweet treat and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is fun; the service is fast and friendly; and there are tons of flavor options for both soft-serve and frozen yogurt. On top of that there were like 20+ topping options you can add yourself including several syrups.

I got the classic frozen pralines and cream with chocolate chip cookies as a topping and it was super good.

We absolutely will be back. So many soft serve flavors and topping options...
