My wife and I recently had the pleasure of shopping for a mattress, and I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Blake at Sleep Number. From the moment I walked in, Blake was incredibly kind and courteous, making us and our toddler feel welcome and valued as customers. What truly stood out was his patience. Local store was really helpful with the sale. Bed is awesome. My problem is with the customer service system. I had a couple problems with the delivery. After spending literally hours on hold. They told me they would compensate me for my troubles with a free pillow. The pillow never came. Local store basically said it's not there problem and I need to contact customer support. Customer support said I need to contact shipping. As I already spent over an hour on the phone I don't feel like spending any more time arguing about a pillow, I hung up. I guess they win this dispute.

Disguised as a risk free trial, Sleep Number will charge you the delivery fee and a return fee ($500!!) if you return the mattress. Unfortunately the salesman at the store told me I could try this mattress, which is like sleeping either on a brick or a deflated air mattress, risk free and I could return it “no questions asked.” Their customer service was unwilling to work with me at all on these asinine charges. Before buying, know if you don’t like the mattress it comes with a STEEP price.
