My order was wrong, I spoke with a great customer service person who kindly reordered my food and asked that I bring my receipt with me when I picked up my correct order. She specifically said “they can’t accept the food already given to you, so please keep it”. I drove back to the restaurant, went in with my receipt and the first words out of the checkout woman’s mouth were “you forgot the food.” In a VERY hostile tone and like she was angry with me. I apologized and explained what the customer service person told me and she then interrupted me and kept repeating that their policy is to bring back food and that I was wrong. She then continued to speak loudly and angrily to me and said “what if we gave food to everyone who comes in here and ‘claims’ we got their order wrong? You have to bring back the food so we can check it”. Completely ridiculous! I asked if she expected me to drive home and get it after already driving back and forth with an order they screwed up. She then calls over her manager, who is helping other staff and can’t be bothered to come speak to me. Again, completely ridiculous! The checkout gal comes back and tells me to just take the food but next time I know the rules. Like she expects they’ll screw my order up again! Like there will be a next time! I am really upset by this point and can’t believe how I’ve been treated. I’ve never been so disrespected in a restaurant before. Their own customer service told me not to bring the food back and then they yell at me in their restaurant and treated me like I was trying to scam them. Way to treat loyal customers like garbage; won’t be eating there again any time soon if at all. The manager should’ve come over and told his employee that she could not talk to customers like they are scum. Totally disgusted with...

When I say disaster, I mean DISASTER! Ordered catering, which comes in a buffet style for a lunch party. They gave us 6 pre-made burritos. Not at all what we ordered.They did refund the order, which was not easy and said that I shouldn't order online I need to call for next time, since they were under new management. So again I ordered catering for a party. I placed my order again online and I called just to make sure things were good to go. Our pick up was at 11am, our order wasn't even ready till 11.20am. Which our party started at 12 and was 20 min out of town. Once we arrived at our party we realized some of our order was missing. When we called to see what we could do to fix the situation, they said you can pick up the missing items or we can refund you just for your missing Items. When I explained my frustration the women hung up the phone. So we drove the 20 minutes back to the restaurant to pick up our items. Ironically the women in line in front of us also had a messed up catering order. When we picked up our items the cashier said your order wasn't even ready for pick up till 12. Which our receipt says 11am, I had called the day before to confirm 11am. When I say NEVER AGAIN, I MEAN NEVER AGAIN. I enjoy there food, the tortias are the best. Great welcome when we walked in the door from staff on the food line. Heading to the counter to order up, staff was friendly and we had some laughs while we waited for the food which was being prepped. They had plenty of staff on hand for food service to cash register, and they were all smiling, friendly and helpful.

Place was steady busy, but not at all crowded it is huge inside no bumping elbows with other customers for sure. Watched a ton of people pick up orders to go while we ate; you gotta know a place is serving good food when it is this steady on a mid week evening. My only complaint about the place was dirty tables, many were but I think it was just after the supper rush so understandable.

A ton of condiments and addons for your main mexican dishes kind of blew me away! It was delicious, flavour galore…I had a veggie burrito with cilentro lime rice and the various salsas were great is all I remember from our stop a week ago. My husband had chicken quesadillas to feed his huge appetite and he couldn’t finish it so helpings are big.

Prices were decent, didn’t feel gouged.

We came here after stopping at another MX restaurant we’ve been to but it was closed, kinda glad it was otherwise we wouldn’t know this place...
