Hobby Lobby — Local services in Great Falls

FEELS LIKE CHRISTMAS ALL YEAR ROUND!! Do you remember when you were young and couldn't wait to turn that corner to see what was under the tree? That is the feeling I get and I am sure many of you, when you walk through those doors to see what unique things they have brought in this week. You don't have to be on Santa's good list to get that special something. With a touch on your cell phone screen, any item at Hobby Lobby can be yours. With the coupons and sales at my fingertips I find myself lost in many different departments, the variety is overwhelming. I frequent the jewelry/bead section where there is a gentlemen named Will, who seems to always be in a great mood and willing to help, no matter how silly or girly it is. I also spend time in the frames and knob/ironwork area. This selections is fantastic and my head just start spinning with the selection and possibilities. The unique knobs change the look of any builtin, cabinet or table. In this area, I always seem to run into a woman named Lynn with a smile on her face, she is eager to assist. But, my favorite area is the floral section. The variety of fake, yes I said fake stems are amazing, you would never know they were not real. I spend an hour or two picking the right blend and contain to put them in. I suppose the cashier's think I am crazy. I believe there is a Supervisor over the cashier's, Amanda , she is must never go home. I know one thing for sure, the employee's at Hobby Lobby seem to love where they work, or they would not be there all the time and in such a great mood. Thank You for letting me loiter,...

8/31/2023 around 7:45-8:00pm I stopped here after work with my mom to find paint brushes and stencils. 2 employees here decided to follow us around the store as if we were thieves. One employee was a larger (obese) female the other female employee had dark hair and tattoos on her arms (works counter @ fabric department I believe). I felt super uncomfortable and offended. There were other shoppers in the store and we were the only shoppers being surveilled. For no reason. We were polite and gave off zero red flags. We even asked one of mentioned employees for help finding an item and they still insisted on non-chalantly following us. I work hard for my money and I have never stolen anything from any store. I was shocked. I will not be coming back. BTW your tattoos look like trash. Do yourself a favor and cover them up or something. Poor service. Do not recommend. I will be sharing this poor experience with friends, family, & colleagues. If you're a manager or higher up, the date and time is listed above. I'm sure you can find the footage in your cameras. This very well could have been an off day. During the store visit, there were many, many items with NO pricing or crossed off with sharpie pricing. The entire clearance section was a disaster with 5 or 6 large boxes (chest high on me) blocking the ability to look at anything and none of the prices were marked on items. Another store patron and I unpacked a large box that we could see had priced items as they were looking for the best version of a specific item. All of the staff during the visit were super pleasant. However, they had to have been extremely understaffed. The clearance section mentioned above as well as the line with one cashier and about a 20 minute wait. This was observed steadily the entire time. There was also a very, very unfortunate bathroom toilet explosion/plugged toilet in the "family" restroom-which thank you for having, I just wish it was in order. I noticed the last logged bathroom checks in the main restroom were 7/16 and 7/17. If we are going to publicly display this, maybe we need to ensure it is up to date 😬 Still hoping it was an off day.
