6/13/20 We did go back for lunch before leaving town to return home! Food was just as good. We got a regular gyro this time, and it is better than the chicken. The place was hopping! Tip: order your food for takeout, even if you are dining in, so they will place your gyro in a paper pouch. It helps with spillage :)
6/12/20 We love authentic cuisine and sought this place out based on Yelp reviews. This is our 1st time to Great Falls. We drove around a few times before calling and learning that it is located on the 1st floor of the local mall. They are only there until next March, apparently, when they move to a different location here in town. It was worth the hunt! The Chicken Souvlaki gyro was made to order and served hot. It smelled amazing and tasted just as good. Add the onions and feta! The tdasiki sauce is also very tasty. They make their own baklava, which was a little sweeter than usual, but it sure satisfied my sweet tooth. The place is quiant, with old school 80s posters of Greece and cute trolls above the menu board. Random but oh so fun. Staff said they have been working there over a decade! They were friendly as hell. I am tempted to go back for lunch tomorrow before...
Read moreThis place keeps going down hill with untrained employees and cheap practices. If it's not fresh meat then don't use it. I did not order a $7 Gyro(3 months later their $9.50) to get hard dry crunchy meat with wilty rusty lettuce and a mealy tomato. Put on a barely warm/cool bread sigh past 4 times have been swings and misses but since it's the only Gyros in town.... I hope you do better soon or I'm going to loose my craving for a poor excuse for a Gyro. Since your the only food in the mall and gyros in town I can't rate below a 3 star but I did say that about a 4 star 3 months ago. Your always out of onion rings skimpy in ingredients and keep raising your price while...
Read moreWe have been eating Gyros here for 40 years, through 3 different locations in the Mall and have always enjoyed them. But our visit yesterday was a disappointment. First we ordered one Gyros with feta cheese and one without however both had feta cheese in them and both Gyros had less meat than anytime in the past. It appeared that the two employees were more interested in each other than in their customers. My wife said that she will not return.
Update: Three years have passed since we last dined here and I am happy to say that the Gyros are back on par and we will definitely be back. The young man preparing the food today knows what he is doing and we could not be more...
