You do not want to sell your items at this establishment. The manager or owner or who ever she is discriminatory towards men. They pay you 20% of what they are going to sell the item for. They have no diversity. I've never seen a male working there. They are extremely granular when it comes to buying a product. I will be contacting the civil Rights division of the state attorney generals office to invesitigate there discriminatory treatment towards men. They're failiure to be an EOE and employ males. Erronious and embellished accusations made, when I questioned there granular appraisal of items, I was accused of swearing and causing a scene. Never once did I raise my voice. I asked her to look for herself on camera. She refused. Cameras never lie. So, how is it right to take a person's word over the ability to look at camera footage and see fact. The woman that runs the place is a snobby stuck up individual. Congrats to you for selling used clothes for 7 years. This store won't make it another 3 years. This...
Read moreThis place is a huge JOKE when bringing clothes for them to buy for their store and to help the person, so I brought in a BRAND NEW pair of Miss Me pants with the tag on them still the pants was $119 (I lost the receipt and I couldn’t return them why I brought them to this store) I also brought another pair of pants and a cute small Champion bag, they offered me $25! SMH seriously, before I took myself to the store the lady on the phone told me something totally different. I wonder why they did this? A few people told me NOT to ever bring anything to them that they rip you off but me needing the funds for my kids, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! I was so wrong in doing that lol! They must give friends/family and people that are better looking than me a good amount for their items!...
Read moreGood place to buy, absolutely horrible place to sell... out of an entire basket I brought in (filled with items that were a few years old at best) they wanted two of my tees (that i was honestly most surprised over them wanting) for $1.50 and offered $5 for a prom dress (which I originally bought new for $100 & later sold to another individual for $50). Also, ever since they came to town and started advertising heavily that they buy items that are newer & fashion forward, I and several other friends that work in various retail stores around town have noticed a sudden spike in shoplifting in the types of clothes and accessories they buy! I know it's not their fault for other people using this to a criminal advantage, but there must be some way they can...
