Went in to get biscuit, sausage, egg and cheese. Plus a basic chicken sandwich. I was informed that they couldn't make a chicken sandwich. But they could make me a chicken sandwich using the biscuits chicken. Also the chicken would half the sides as a regular sandwich. Plus it would be a up charge of $2.00. I told them don't worry about the sandwich. I paid for the biscuit thing and bought it to Jennifer at work and left. She called me back minutes later. They screwed up that order and make a (muffin), sausage, egg and cheese. Jennifer called them back to complain. They told her that they couldn't fix it Management told her they wouldn't fix the mistake. She would have to call corporate office. So today as much as I love what the stand for and Godley values. There's always something missing from the order and then have to pull around and wait even longer. This time I had to wait behind a lady who nearly sideswiped me to be first in line. I got my order before hers, since she clearly ordered enough for the town, and instead of asking her to move forward, they kept her there holding up a whole line of people who already received their orders. When she finally got hers, she still sat there trying to distribute the entire bag without pulling forward. Now I guess they're not putting in napkins, straws or utensils.
