I stopped going to the sonic on memorial because last time I tried the ice cream blast and the sneakers was hard and taste old and I wrote a complaint only because my stomach was hurting bad and I'm pregnant I stopped going there and I came to the one on twin city I came up there around 6 something today and it's April 21st I ordered a large sonic blast sneakers with butter cup recess and it wasn't hard at all only thing was I ate some of the ice cream and I looked and I ended up seeing and eyelash hair I don't know if the girl who made it had did it or if it was another worker cause I came thru drive thru but I was very disgusted because I'm looking at it as if I could find a hair in here no feeling how many more I could find and I just wanted to let y'all know to see if y'all could change and fix that but I will not be buying anymore blast only because it's always something with the blast one on memorial had hard candy and y'all store has hair in it it's not me being petty or nothing I'm just letting y'all know because of the next person who might order one I'm not asking for an apology because it's not gon take back what I saw n I won't forget I'm just asking if y'all could do better or please watch people who make blast because I'm very disappointed I waisted money on that and wish I...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received today at your Port Arthur, Texas location at 4525 Twin City Hwy.
After placing our business meeting, we stopped to grab some drinks and snacks. The first thing we heard when we pushed the button was, āThese people are pissing me off.ā After proceeding with our order, I asked if I could change my drink, but the employee refused to accommodate the request.
When the employee came out to hand us our order, she gave us just one straw. We politely asked for another, but she responded by puffing in frustration and acted as if she didnāt hear us. When we asked again, she left without acknowledging us.
Later, we went to the door to ask for missing marinara sauce and napkins, as they were not provided with our order. To our surprise, the employee threw the napkins, marinara sauce, and straw out the door at us onto the ground in an unprofessional manner.
I have never encountered such poor service at any Sonic location before, and this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

So, the new Sonic chicken combo: You're supposed to get three chicken tenders, a medium tots, one onion ring and one Texas toast; all for $3.99. First of all, there was no onion ring. Secondly, the tater tots taste like they were burnt. Thirdly, there was nothing tender about those hard little thumb size pieces of chicken. By the way, did I mention, the chicken taste like it was burnt also. Oh, and the yummy piece of Texas toast, had been toasted far too long, It was burned as well. The gravy was flat. Overall the meal was disgusting. I was severely disappointed. I would have sent the food back, but returning food is bad form. Don't upset the people cooking your food...
