Mmmm, donuts.

Okay, I'll admit it -- I actually don't like donuts that much! But the fam sure does, and so I found this spot so we could get our donut fix the first morning of our getaway.

It was a torrential downpour when we arrived Friday morning, but there was parking near the entrance so we ducked right in.

It's a simple little shop with limited seating and service, but the donut case looked relatively full even at around 10 when we got there. Of course the main feature here is donuts, but they also have kolaches and some basic breakfast sandwiches.

I came with my sister-in-law and her husband as well as my husband. I don't remember what SIL got, but BIL and hubs both got a chocolate glazed donut while hubs got a breakfast sandwich and BIL got a kolache. They said they enjoyed their food.

Like I said, not a huge donut fan, but I like cake donuts pretty well so I got a chocolate glazed cake donut and a blueberry cake donut. The chocolate glazed donut cake part was kind of dry, though the icing was yummy and helped. The blueberry, on the other hand, was quite delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Again, not a donut connoisseur, but I think this spot seems like a solid option for some simple but tasty...

We went @12:37 on 7/3/22, so 20 minutes before closing and nothing tasted stale! Probably THE best doughnuts I've ever tried. And I like trying different doughnuts everywhere. The attendant was sweet and helpful - and patient. We'd never been before so we didn't know which doughnuts to pick. She made suggestions and didn't rush us.

We got 6 +vanilla eclair --so good without warming up +OG (original glazed) ---my favorite and equal to Daylight Doughnuts +Apple filled --topped with cinnamon sugar with a GREAT filling with pieces of real apple +Blueberry cake --perfect density without being hard with a lot of flavor +cinnamon twist -- very good after 10-15sec in microwave +Coconut topped chocolate iced...

This is my THIRD time here this week after coming from Daisys Doughnuts on our first day of vacation. Daisys Doughnuts were ridiculously overpriced and the owner got mad at me for leaving an honest review.the owner of daisys also called me out for not leaving any good reviews , So here’s a GREAT review. You guys have an awesome variety of doughnuts and my kids loved the minion doughnuts ! Thank you for being reasonably priced and always willing to go above and beyond to help with your customers wishes ! You guys have the best doughnuts around.
