Very very disappointed, I went to check in and the man at the front desk had notified me before checking in that the tv wasn’t working I said that was fine the tv wouldn’t be a problem. I understand there is a no refund policy for cancellations or no shows however I showed up and checked in and paid cash, the reason for me requesting the refund was because there was mold in the bathroom, blood stains at the entrance of the door, door was not secure looked like it was forced open before ( I had my two daughters with me, they were very uncomfortable) room smelled musty, after pulling the blanket back the sheets had stains, crumbs and hair. Blinds were broken, no smoke alarm in the room it literally was taken out and wires just hanging, spiders and spider webs all over by the beds. By far the worst experience ever, after explaining my concerns to the man at the front desk and requesting my refund he declined. For the safety of my daughters I just left and gave him the key and told him thanks for nothing. They’re fraud and could careless and again I understand the no show/ cancellation policy however this was a safety hazard concern on they’re end and I believe I should’ve received...

I emails the owner a week ago and he never emailed me back so review it is.. Checked in literally had to switch rooms 3x 1st room had stains all in the sheets smelled like Cigarettes, 2nd room Blood on the sheets. Stains on the tub, cigarette holes in the top cover , I told the guy from the front desk to look at it himself. He apologized moved me to another room! 3rd I had thought I got lucky. Stains on the towels and bed sheets. By this time I’m over it and don’t want to switch rooms 3x 1st. I ask the guy just bring me great towels and I’ll change it my self and sheets .. the guy brought me 7 pillow cases for crying out loud. Then I waited till the manager got in. He pretty much told me I could get a refund and I would have to leave. I said I’m ok with even a 50% refund because I can’t leave my apartment won’t be ready til tomorrow and it wasn’t like the refund was going to go back on my car same night!
