If I could I would give this place a negative 5 stars!! The store manager, PEDRO needs to learn what customer service really means. I had NUMEROUS and I mean NUMEROUS issues with this " so-called store manager". Since the pandemic started this was my go to restaurant. I've spent thousands of dollars at this location I have had numerous issues here because they are not making my orders correctly. This is on the restaurant for not following the directions placed on the screen through the mobile app. Today I ordered 2 loaded breakfast sandwiches with mayo and 4 regular breakfast sandwiches. I paid through the mobile app. When I got home, I noticed that all of the sandwiches were missing sausage. A few of them were missing ham. I called an spoke to Julita she was very sweet and offered to replace the sandwiches. I told her I would be in later to get them. At 3:32 p.m. I called and a lady picked up. I asked to speak with Julita and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the store manager PEDRO who then informed me that he is not replacing my order. I said why not. He then said to bring the food back...what the heck? The order was placed at 9am this morning and due to covid-19 it is against cdc guidelines to accept food back once touched. The employees allow people in to order and they are not sanitizing the surfaces, the door not the credit card machines. PEDRO then insisted and argued with me saying that I had orders replaced in the pass. I said yes I did because you're employees were not making the orders correctly! He then insisted that I "kindly" never place mobile orders to his restaurant again! So because his crew can't get it right, he is not allowing me to order here again?! I GLADLY WILL NOT!!! AVOID THIS JACK IN THE BOX AT ALL COST.....SEEING AS THEY ARE REQUESTING YOU BRING FOOD BACK DURING A NATIONWIDE PANDEMIC....THATS SAFE. As I was waiting for the replacement order a gentleman with a dog came in... that's definitely not allowed in a restaurant. I would really really think twice about your safety before going here... seems like a lot of guidelines are not being followed. I will be contacting cdc and the corporate office because the way he treated me was unprofessional and uncalled for especially since I did nothing wrong but reporting an issue with my order that was made incorrectly. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars that's what this deserves worst customer service shout out to Lydia the manager that didn't help the situation for being in a position of leadership is very disappointing that Jack in the box has somebody as this in a position that does not know how to lead and instead is showing other associates how to be disrespectful. A complimentary coupon was given for a reason and that is because they keep making mistakes at this location and instead figuring it out they held on to food for over 5 to 8 minutes which mind you was already paid for they couldn't figure out how to use a complimentary coupon which is a free item which wasn't coming out of their pocket that they acted like it was by time somebody gets home with their food it's beyond cold I didn't want coming back to deal with more attitude instead I tried to let the person eat their food which they could not. There was no apology for how much time spent in a Drive-Thru instead by the time that the food was handed over the manager Lydia decided to say I hope you have a better night that is not how you handle a situation that was already bad especially coming from a manager that is not how you handle customer service at all. If you can avoid this restaurant establishment I would they keep continuously making mistakes never resolving the problem and the problem is the people that are working there 2 grown women acting as if they were in high school attitude and miserable it's not a good look and definitely not professional. Read moreSo I pull up to the drive thru and order my food, #6 Ultimate cheeseburger combo Lg, Sweet Fuze tea no ice, the Roost fries lite sauce, Tiny Tacos spicy and a regular Strawberry shake. I'm asked to pull over in the front and they'll bring me my food?? I'm wondering why I didn't order anything special? Mild lite sauce on my Roost fries?!? Well they bring out my order and I say thank you, I didn't feel the need to check my order, so I pulled off headed home. I get home and off the back Vanilla shake, not Strawberry! The Roost fries I open and they're smothered in sauce?? I take a bite and damn near choked! They're very spicy? I asked for the mild sauce an very lite!! I asked for spicy Tiny Tacos and they were MILD!? Young irresponsible employees back there scratching they're heads and aren't paying g attention to the customers order! I'm remembering the youngman didn't ask if my order was correct on the screen or repeat my order to me?! Probably not trained right but how hard is it right?
