I have been meaning to leave a 5-star review of this business for months! I’ve visited this shop several times and they have excellent customer service, good prices for retail, and a huge selection. Marwan (I might be wrong about the spelling!), who isn’t the owner but is often the one working, has really gone the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. He even encouraged me to open and try a disposable Vape that I purchased and swapped It out immediately when one of them was defective! I’ve NEVER had a smoke shop not only encourage me to ensure a product is working, let alone allow me to exchange it on the spot.
