Del Taco — Restaurant in Henderson

Update I'd like to correct my recent negative review from a frustrating experience. Into an appreciative post to the General Manager Maria and her team. From me entering and I believe speaking to a shift lead she guaranteed me the manager would call me and take care of me I had just went in on one of her days off. Still frustrated I said thank you and left. Maria made her shift lead look great. She did indeed keep the shift leads word. She indeed corrected the problem that happened to me. Thank you Maria I did collect on the promise later that night prior to my work shift. No questions asked from drive thru. I was taken care of and the food great tasting extremely fresh. Thank you very very much.

Ordered on app at 4:17 am as I work graveyard shifts nearby I've been here many times before. On this night I decided to use my Rewards points on a free combo meal... When I arrived at the drive thru, I was told that the systems are down. I stated I already ordered how are the systems down and how does that matter if it's a free order from points? He then asked for my name and said No he doesn't have an order for me and Tom cancel and go to another location. Now multiple problems have happened 1.My lunch is only 30 minutes so I couldn't go to another location. I cancelled my order and it states refunds would take 3-4 days. This happened on the 19th January today is now the 26th of January. Plus that states payment. Not Rewards. I was just listening what the Manager said at drive thru. Food isn't cheap and it takes time to get up to the 1400 or 1800 points I believe it's 1400 . I had 1418 then use the free meal rewards but it was never fulfilled and what I'd call stolen from me. My Rewards account sits at just 18 points. As I feel cheated...

I am extremely upset about my recent visit to Del Taco. My son has a dairy and soy allergy. He has an anaphylactic reaction when it is consumed. I asked for an allergen menu and the associate laughed at me and said she does not have one. I looked it up online finding an item that was safe. I asked her what oil they use she again smirked and said I do not know. I asked if she could check because vegetable oil contains soy. She checked and found out that despite the allergen menu stating the Beyond Avocado Tacos were safe that they used vegetable (soy) oil to cook it. She turned to her manager and started laughing again. She was no help in deciding what was or was not safe for my son to consume. I ended up spending $16.00 on tacos I could not consume. Not to mention it ruined everyone else's meal as well. I have been asking for a call back for over a month to recieve my money back and to discuss the disrespectful environment surrounding my son's allergy. Thank goodness I double checked the ingredients since the associate and the online allergen menu is inaccurate. Had my son consumed the food he could have had a terrible reaction and Del Taco would have been responsible. I will not be returning to any other Del Taco ever. Reciept #50120 Order placed 6:59pm, Order received 7:17pm, They were not busy at all. My wife went inside to order while I waited in the truck with my kids. She finally returned with the food, she was so upset with the cashier's manner's. My wife asked how much longer is this going to take, he was being sarcastic, aragent and rude to her. She did not get his name, I walked into the store, he was not wearing a name tag, I then asked his name politely, he just said NO, nothing else. My reply was why NO, his reply was because I don't have to give you my name. I then asked an older lady wearing a black shirt his name, she said his name was Michael and asked why, as I was talking to this lady, Michaels friend that just happened to be in the restaurant interupted me and started screaming profanities F* Y etc. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism here so I just walked out of the store, and Michaels friend proceded to followed me all the way to my vehicle screaming profanities and thretening me like a crazy person while my kids were in the vehicle listening to this. I was in shock and will never return to this store or any other Del Taco again because of this! I work in IT and social media and will post this incident everywhere...
