Laburnum Park Shopping Center — Local services in Highland Springs

The not bestest place i personally have the occasion to dine in... Beautiful on the inside& that's all.. I ordered fish they didn't have that. Cool, no problem. I then chose the smothered turkey wings, granny's mac& cheese& trust me granny should have took that recipe to the eternal resting place. The yams were so not done you can see where the cook used a knife to put slits in it to give the appearance of being done. The cornbread was corney, not good. The turkey wings(2)@$16.00. They put the old one on top, with the fresher one on the bottom. The bitterness of the old wing affected everything. What really got my goat was this: i really raved about this place. Spoke to the high heaven's about how good the fiod had to be for i know the owners. ( boy was i wrong) my better half paid for what she thought was going to be a really good experience. & it was the opposite....... She had the two crab cakes. She said we may as well had a picknick with all the plastic.... Apparently there is no dishwasher on staff. It needs to be told , so that the same mistake isn't made repeatedly. I know for a fact whoever is the cook here should really seriously re-apply to burger-world. It's literally a one stop shopping center. You can park your car once and get your heart healthy on by walking instead of driving. Foot steps from each other are places to cheat on your diet. When the guilt kicks in there's a 24hr gym to work off the guilt calories. After which you can reward yourself with some well deserved pampering. You can get a mani-pedi, a new hairdo, & something to wear. If you're feeling lucky play some lottery. Want to do something to help save a strangers life donate plasma. To wrap things up don't forget to stop by the liquor store for something that'll make you warm & fuzzy. Oops almost forgot the reason you came in the first place....don't forget to grab dinner. I dudn visit the mall but went to Cracker Barrel and can report on that. When I arrived I parked in curbside to place my order. I young lady answered and took my order. I pointed out I had a 10.00 gift card I received from you all because when I went to the Hull Street location my food was not prepared the way I asked. She told me your food will be hot and it was hot and delicious. It was prepared in a carry out container which was the way it was suppose to be. So I hope this report gets to Cracker Barrel to let them know I was very pleased with the service from the lady working let people know when their food was ready to the cashier to the lady who brought my food out.
