When I first moved to the area a year ago this location became my "go-to" spot for video games. I would give it five stars. My last two visits has caused me to retract my review and give this place three stars. Customer service is the culprit. On my last two visits the cashier was preoccupied while checking me out. I let it slide the first time but this recent visit was the last straw. Including my current purchase I wanted to pre-order a game. The store is waaaaaaaaay too small to browse comfortably with more than a handful of people there. It feels like corporate has really taken over this particular franchise too, it's no longer a relaxed game show to take your time deciding on your pastime in.
