Firehouse Subs White Oaks — Restaurant in Virginia

We walked in and the place was empty of customers. We could see two employees. My husband stood at the register for several minutes before an employee from the back was eventually called to take his order. He ordered two small subs. After a few minutes 5 other people walked in and placed their orders. After 10 minutes we thought they’re being really slow. I asked if they started our subs, to which they replied, “they’re coming out right now”. After 15 minutes people who ordered AFTER us began receiving their food. I asked how much longer for our subs, again, “they’re coming up right now”. They hadn’t even started working on them! After 20+ minutes we finally got our subs. Meanwhile ALL of the people who ordered after us received theirs. The staff was not at all apologetic and there was no customer service. The truth is they were being deliberately slow until the store filled with customers and they had no choice but to rush and in that time they completely...

Looking for something to hold me over until flying out the next morning since this is an airport area. I placed my order online to be able to pick it up when I arrived. The place was a little busy so I wasn't bothered the food wasn't ready. I then realized the food wasn't prepared because the employees were playing with the customers food and making jokes about customers. One of my subs was served to another customer first. It was not remade. It was repackaged. I checked my food before I left and sure enough it was made horribly. While I do eat mayo, I did not want a sandwich drenched in the condiment. There were two employees that acted in a professional manner. A young black gentleman in a green shirt who greeted me and ran the register and a young white gentleman making sandwiches. The other two young ladies got multiple orders wrong and constantly acted in an unprofessional manner. I shouldn't have this much to say for an onling...

Listen, we eat here all the time but tonight was severely disappointing. Usually I’d just call but I work in healthcare and it’s been a long freaking day and I just choked down the food.

I ordered an Italian sub and got a roast beef sub with some flakes of turkey on it, no Italian dressing, no other meat. If you’re out of something just say so. Don’t just substitute (and pile on) some dry roast beef I ate a lettuce tomato and Mayo wheat bread for dinner tonight. My fiancé got turkey bacon ranch and for some reason he got roast beef with bacon and no cheese no sauce, no nothing. I don’t know if this kid didn’t know how to make subs... I don’t know if they were out of something. I don’t know. I did ask for extra pickles and I got one extra spear...
