Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. The most recent time I walked in around 7:00 pm, only one other customer in the entire store, I walked up to the counter and the lady, not politely at all, said they had a bunch of mobile order sandwiches they had to make before she could even take my order, I always thought your in person customers standing at the front of the like should be addressed right away no matter what. I waited around for about 10 minutes, still didn't even look up at me or the other guests coming in, so I just left. EDIT: Returned again 11/12/2023 after placing a mobile order. Said it would be ready by 6, I showed up after 6 (30 mins after placing order) and they hadn't even started on it yet, and we're once again telling people coming in that they couldn't get to them yet because they had mobile orders to make first, so I guess you're screwed whether you order ahead or not. I also ordered a 12 pack of cookies and they were completely out of cookies and could not give me a refund. They were also out of wheat bread. And don't even think about going through the drive-thru, you will be waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Last time I'll be coming here. Get it...
Read moreThis is clearly one of the poorest run Subways ive been to. Drove up to the kiosk to place an order abd the screen read, "kiosk not working please place you order at the window." which I totally understand, sometimes, things are out of service. Also these are weird times with COVID 19 so I would rather not be using a touch screen that everyone else is using. Completely understandable.
I then drove up behind a car to the window and sat in line for 10 minutes. Finally the car ahead of me left and I drove up to the windiw, where I was told that they are not taking orders from the window and I would need to go inside... I honestly could not believe it and I just left.
At the very least they could have put a sign up at thw kiosk that said "not taking orderd at the window, please come inside" or something to that effect. But no, instead, I waited in line (like the kiosk screen said) only to be told to order inside.
Needless to say, I'm just not going back. The service here has always been bad, and its really not worth the...

Tried going through drive thru due to rain, couldn’t take off what I wanted, so ended up going inside. First thing when I went inside one lady was like did you have trouble with the drive thru and I was like omg yes I couldn’t figure it out so as she has my partial made sand which another asks what I wanted to do and I couldn’t so I simple said i wanted a pizza sub no marinara sauce, and she looked me dead in my face and said “that’s funny I’ve seen people take it off, it didn’t have a take off button?”I replied no I couldn’t forgive it out. Then she decided to give me a dirty look. I asked for extra black olives and honey mustard and there’s not hardly a drop of honey mustard on my sandwich plus the bread is burnt.
