(Army veteran) Negative Zero Stars!!!!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down. Terrible in every area expect the sweet clean ladys that are forced to spray harsh pesticides for bed bug and ticks and fleas !!!!!! The front desk office workers check your room inconvenience you even if you are in the shower on several occasions!! They use their key because they figure you are not there. BBB please shut it down. A good five office staff needs to be fired even the owner Richard!!! only heard his voice every time I had a issue he lets his horrible staff run his business to the ground The staff are a real reputation of Richard if you never get the chance to meet him.The French lady Lisa wanted to charge me a $100.00!!!! every suite case I had(3) saying that their (UNCLEAN and FILTHY!! ROOM seem like someone was still renting there)one bed apartment was not going to fit. She literally cuss and fuss me out when I refuse to pay that fee saying she was going to check my room every day to ensure I won't sneak them in. Richard hear the everything and only got out of his chair to speak when I said Im going to write a review. His very poor attempts to plead to help lol he even sent poor Lisa and a maintenance guy(who did even know what was going on) out for my forgiveness and to book a. My spouse had to leave work early to pick myself and our kids up very upset for having to cut work day so early. The studios are spacious. I like having a kitchen to prepare meal and coffee before heading out for meetings and after. The unit I resided for my stay had a spacious closet, but no iron and board. It had a full size fridge. Stove with oven. Microwave and coffee maker. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glassware, and eating utensils. No Ice maker or ice trays. There's an intimate courtyard for relaxing. You can park on the property which I like as opposed to parking on the street and there was no extra charge. These are older units but have been updated with the exception of the windows. They do have the package Terminal Air Conditioning units and they are a little noisy but not horrible. You get an old school Key which you leave $50.00 CASH 💸 deposit you get back when you chek out and your card is dinged for a $100.00 deposit for possible damages that will be returned to your card. I was shocked when I first had to pay this, wondering what's the clientele like, did I make a mistake am I checked into the hood, will my car be broken into 😆 🤣. Area seems safe and the folks I've met on my stays have been very pleasant. Checking in and out is weird, you have to conduct the transactions while standing outdoors day or night. I equate it to a drive through, it's as though they don't really want to interact with the customer. Other than these oddities my stays...

So much to say... ||I'll try to make it quick : ||Arrive in the first room, it doesn't close from inside.|Same for the second, so I've been moove to a 3rd one where the AC was not working and finally mooved into a 4ft one...||This one was clearly not clean : floor disgusting, broken bed, kitchen full of burned old food, body hair inside the "clean" towels and on the bath shelves and for for sure plenty of roaches.||You are going to beach, bringing sand and you wanna clean your room ? Nothing is provided. |If you ask for it, they will hardly give you an old broom that you need to give back asap. Otherwise, room are "cleaned" every 7 days.||For the kitchen, if you take this studio to be able to cook, you can hope for forks and knifs, thats it. No pan, no pot. good luck.|The barbecue ? Yes, when it will not be use as a dump, maybe. |Not to mention :|- the AC wich broke off in this room too and has been repaires after almost 2 days. ||- the room service who barely undestand you when you asking for new towels or cleaning and scream from on room to an another one to speak together while "cleaning".||Finally, if you ask for a part refund, they will told you that every problem you had as been solved so you can leave earlier and that's it.||To conclude, even if this place as a good potential and a nice NYC guy at the office, we do not recommande...
