Ive been going to this shop for the decent haircut I wanted from the first time in there and those employees who cutted my hair were very great at lining up my hairline while giving me a good looking haircut but up until about 8 months of being a regular client to them, the barbers and other employees were disrespectful eventhough I didn't do anything wrong to them and I don't know why. They gossip about me and others (horribly) in their native tongue behind our back instead of in English... maybe due to our race as they may have racism and hate towards us or something else like that... i don't really know. They're just rude! So I won't be going back to this shop no more no matter what due to horrible customer service and the ways I've been treated...

Very terrible service. They'll hustle you to do a more expensive service. I was disappointed because I kept on telling the lady that she is using the wrong color on my toenails, she insisted it's the right color. I showed her the color I chose, she said sorry, that she can only put one coat of my color on . The owner said, no need sista, next time. That color is okay. I told her I'm not happy with that color but she refused to change it to my color. I'm never going back again. Plus they only like cash. They're crooks and overcharge from original quotes. I love Top Barber, just moved back to Hawaii in November, had come for services almost 7 years ago& decided to try again. Kevin & staff are top notch!
