On vacation on Waikiki and walking along Lewers Street, Il Gelato was packed with customers. Many walked out with an assortment of gelato in cups, waffle cones or bowls, pastries and more. Deciding to enter, I noticed an incredible array of delicious gelato flavors to choose and all with a free taste offering. A four scoop cup was selected and they were all equally tasty. Read moreI've been going to IL Gelato Hawaii for nearly 10 years and every time I go I'm still impressed with the quality of the gelato and anything else I order. My favorite menu item is undoubtedly the milkshake. You get to pick any flavor of gelato or sorbetto that is available, either 3 scoops for a 16oz milkshake or 4 scoops for a 20oz milkshake. I love getting a green tea and dark chocolate 20oz milkshake. Aside from gelato they also sell a selection of crepes, paninis, waffles, acaí bowls, and pastries. Wether you are visiting Oahu from another country or if you live on Oahu, I highly recommend visiting IL Gelato...
