S7-Icy Bubble — Restaurant in Honolulu

Aloha - This place is my one stop place when I go to Dillingham Plaza. In my opinion they make the best Icy Bubble Drinks well there are 2 of one of my favorites places to get my fix which is just a plain Watermelon slushy with only fresh watermelon and ice and some half and half and sugar water blended just right. It is such a refresher on a hot day. They also have so many other types of drinks and bubble drinks. Now let me tell you about what else this store has- it's a all around whatever you find in there kind of store. Most products are from China but well made and so cheap. Here's the problem! Most have no prices and if only the younger workers are there this is what they tell me if I don't even know what's in a box bcuz a lot of the boxes are unmarked and unpriced. But they told me I'd have to Google what's on the box to find out exactly what it is and how much the cost is!? I WONDER IF THE BOSS OR OWNER KNOWS THIS??? Also when the younger ones are here alone like 3 sometimes 4 and why that many I have no idea! But it's hard to get their attention bcuz they're always on their phone or playing around with each other and laughing They seem to not want to help the company make money in fact I've told them when I was told to open boxes to see what's in the boxes that so many things are missing from people opening themselves and stealing the product or whatever inside that they want. So someone should figure this "BIG PROBLEM OUT" before it's to late. 2 Weeks ago while in the store was one of the worst days of finding open boxes without either nothing inside or just the junk left over. I always re close what I open and let them know if things are missing. Also the shelves are all cluttered not like before when I think it was the owner and either his wife or the woman who was making my drink about 2 months ago it seemed like the shelves were stocked nicely and he new the prices when asked or he'd find out the price for you. I really miss having him in there when I go in, which is around 6pm to closing time. I don't know if this is his children or family members that are the younger crowd working when I go in but the owner really needs to make serious changes if this business is to survive especially when having workers that don't care about the business at all. I couldn't find out who the real person was on charge that evening but one a little older when I'd have to yell for help or go looking for someone to get a price or to ask a question on a product I wanted to purchase and a expensive one but he said I'd have to Google it if I wanted to know why different boxes had a choice of (?) on it and I wanted to know if that meant color choice or size choice bcuz most is either in Chinese or Japanese I am not even sure about hat. But because of this the store probably lost at least $100 dollars more in sales items I would have bought on top of what I already bought. Don't get me wrong I love this type of store but I'm not even sure of my drinks now bcuz they're playing around & it didn't taste right. At closing at least 6 people came in for drinks and was told they were closing soon and turned them away. What's so hard to make these drinks and have to wash the blender again??? Some wanted multiple drinks so loss money right there. They shouldn't be turning out customers until the exact closing time then clean up once they're closed. "Owner" if you see this I've been shopping there since you opened this awesome little store but I see so much chaos going on when you're not there I am afraid that your store wil not survive the theft or workers who don't care & do more damage that good . And these teenagers working with the wrong type of supervision is causing problems bcuz I've Brought so many open boxes that were left on the shelves to them that night they just said oh yeah we know! What if someone buys these & bring it back and be told no refunds? I was giving prices made up bcuz no one knew the price on a few items I purchased. It's not your customers you have to worry about it's your choice...

June 2019. They have the five star coupon program. No military discount. Tad bit of a wait for the drinks. Nice environment, fun to watch them make their ice cream dessert. We got 2 boba drinks, because the Hana line down the street was really long. However, the day after this, we did try the Hana drinks and I have to say, wow, S7 was the BEST! I got milktea boba and my parnter got tea with boba. We loved both! It was worth it! I don't like when the cups are put inside each other, I think if you're taking money and touching cups and then putting them inside one another, germs are definitely passed. The bathroom was 4 out of 10 clean. But, grateful they had a restroom we could use, as most places don't have one for you to use. I would go back for boba...

I'm in love with this place. They have OMG, SO FINE SUPER CANDY DELICIOUS TEA -- the taro milk tea has a hint of malt taste, the boba is the PERFECT texture, and the pudding has the lightest mango flavor and is the perfect sweetness -- and THEN in top of DELICIOUS TEA, they are also a shop selling adorable little useful EVERYTHINGS: flashlights, speakers, USB c chargers, little tins with I've no idea what inside them (but who doesn't love tins with maps on them???), keychains... that was only in the very front of the shop; I will have to return to look at the rest of their charming items! AND HAVE MORE...
