Ali Guler Furniture Store | Luxury & High-End Furniture Designs — Hotel in Houston

I only have one word for this place….Magnificent!! Jennifer is an exceptional sales person and she knows her job very well. Me and my husband visited the store all the way from Georgia, I have to admit that I’ve never seen this kind of quality furniture and these designs anywhere else before this. I was following Ali Guler on instagram for a while and to be honest I thought it was a scam company lol, well you know these days when you see something online so amazing you just can’t trust it’s real unless you see it with your own eyes😂 Anyways, long story short, we both loved the place and Jennifer made us feel so welcome. Hard to see that kind of exceptional service these days. Rest assured, I’m making another trip in August to visit their showroom for newer items:) Thank you again Jennifer, me, my husband and my kids love love love the furniture. P.S. Loved the little extra housewarming gift you sent. You spoiled me now lol 😂

This is a nice furniture store carrying different styles of furniture from Traditional to Modern style and with beautiful colors and designs and awesome upholstery which is rarely seen. You can find good decor too at this store. Under one roof find all stuff. I would give 10/10 to the customer service and my rep was CUEVA JENNIFER ( Jenny) she is the sweetest person I have ever met , she try’s to meet all the customers requirements and needs. Jenny try to adjust things accordingly. Which she did for me very well. I know this place from last 3 years and I live in Tyler , Tx . She tried her best to coordinate with me all the time till I received my order and after the delivery too she called and asked me about the delivery and service given to me went or not. Delivery boys were awesome too they were very patiently doing their work. I came all the way from Odessa to Houston to buy furniture. I am happy that my first destination was winport. I am a real picky person. But at winport, i had hard time to choose in between furnitures. There were so many unique designs, colors and styles. And the material of the furniture is amazing. Its thick, strong and soft. Prices are waaay affordable according to quality of the products. Staff deserves 5 stars only for themselves. They knew all about their furniture. They havent left any question unanswered. Even the owner himself was so courteous and helpful. He helped the best way he could. He sent my furniture up to Odessa with a reasonable price on time.

Even the way they wrapped the furniture was amazing. They wrapped it as if they are delivering a jewelry. I will always go to winport for my house needs.higly recommended.
