Let me share the story of my stay last night / this morning (03/16/2019 - 03/17/2019.) After encountering some frustration using the main IHG website I was prepared to be very critical of the hotel. So they had to really have everything right to earn a five star review from me. Upon arrival (almost midnight) the exterior of the hotel was very nice, clean and well lit. The night staff member was very helpful & friendly, as he worked to resolve the fact they did not have the room I had a reservation for. He fixed the problem by upgrading the room to a king bed & a sleeper sofa. This was acceptable to me do to the fact I needed a room with two beds. This is a newer hotel with elegant wood accents on the walls & very nice mosaic accents on the lobby floor. Upon entering the hotel room I was impressed with how nice it looked and the clean smell, it was a good fresh sent. Not a chemical smell. This did not prevent me from checking everything!: The air conditioner worked very well, the king bed was soft enough to be comfortable but still firm as to provide proper back support, the sleeper sofa was fairly comfortable (as far as sleeper sofas can be), the entire room was immaculate, the bathroom had plenty of room, the shower had a sliding glass door and plenty of hot water, the toilet was probably installed and caulked to the floor, there plenty of lights & outlets, the TV was a decent size flat screen with side HDMI ports (very important for gamers) now lastly the WIFI was mostly good. In the morning I proceeded to check out the included breakfast, once again I was impressed. Immediately after exiting the elevator I was pleasantly greeted by team member at the front desk (Jasmine). The dining area was filled with nice well cushioned chairs & a verity of different tables. They had a nice selection of food, including cold cereal & yogurt, hot oatmeal, eggs, eggs with cheese, sausage, pancakes, French toast, freshly baked biscuits, a selection of bread bagels and pastries. For drinks they had fresh: coffee, tea, 2% milk, hole milk, chocolate milk and a selection of juice. All of this at a very reasonable price & excellent customer service from all the team members. Jasmine went above and beyond what I would expect from someone in the hospitality industry!! Now I did find 3 things that could be improved: one, the desk lamps had USB ports but they did not work (all 3 lamps tested with multiple devices and charging cords). Two, the light bulbs in the table lamps could have been a bit higher wattage (I would have used 75 watt equivalent LED bulbs to save power and provide extra light). Third, the internet has a moderate NAT type. This means that some devices will have a unstable connection or not allow online matchmaking. This is detrimental for online gamers / streamers, however for anything else it would work fine. I hope this detailed review helps you with your decision on whether or not you want to stay at this location. I would like to check this location again in the future and update my review. Till next time, stay Frosty!! FNHUSA57

Convenient location and decent price. The lady that checked me in was nice. They do have a sign letting you know they're undergoing some remodeling, so if that will be an issue, skip this one. I stayed in the 4th floor and when I got off the elevator, i could still smell the paint, but it was dry, so it wasn't so strong. My room was a little small in size and height. 😅 I could touch the ceiling in the restroom. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Everything else looked clean and the A/C was working well, so I settled in, unpacked, and laid down. I reached over for the remote and when I tried to turn on the TV, it didn't work. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It would turn on and immediately off. Tried multiple times, but no luck, so I just fell asleep. I reported it the next morning and when I was back that evening, they had swapped it. I stayed 3 nights and there was no room service throughout my stay. You may have to request it, but I traveled alone. Therefore, there wasn't anything to clean and I had clean towels. The offer breakfast, but it's basically just cereal, waffles, coffee, bagels, and juice. Not much. I noticed my phone was labeled 422 and I stayed a room 423. I wonder if that matters when receiving calls. 🤔 Not a bad stay, but I just needed a shower and bed since I was gone from 8am-8pm.

My stay has been less than comforting. The day after my first night's stay, a roach greeted me at the desk in my room. I was moved to a lower floor. I've been staying over a week. The hot water has barely worked the entire time. The housekeeping staff has lied not once but twice about cleaning our room. It's very disheartening to come back from work to see the staff doesn't have to do their job. The front desk ladies have been pleasant, but the ball is heavily dropped by housekeeping and I'm going to request my company pay for a different hotel. The lackluster efforts here have been overwhelming. * I don't eat breakfast, but I've been hearing they run out of stuff regularly. It's almost like they don't want to provide the included breakfast. Edit: It's like pulling teeth to get clean towels, mainly because they aren't cleaning rooms which means they can't collect them. Only one elevator works, with no evidence they plan to fix the other. I'm typing this the morning after I posted the original review. I was greeted by a roach this morning. If they took care of the trash I wouldn't see their pet roaches roaming around my room.

(last night) these people literally kept some of my stuff and gave back little. my bathroom body washes which i had about 4 of them, my child’s body wash, lotions, 2 big bottles of laundry detergent and 1 small one, food i paid for in the fridge just goneeee! i know they took it to keep for them selves but i just bought all of those and i don’t have it! they literally violated me and my child's stuff. imagine booking a new reservation and paid with my points to come back at 8:30pm to them telling you that they took everything out my room and can't stay there. i work 6 days a week. no time to sleep but still up early in the morning to do what i need to do. i been staying here for a little over a month now. it's always been trouble with the 3 older women who work the front. always standoff, looking like they miserable and don't have work to do. you come up to them they annoyed cause they have to work. now i'm very upset with these ppl and management. ppl will lie to cover themselves. If check-in is after 3pm like it's listed on the website, there should be no problem for me checking in after 3pm. If someone books a flight and they get in at 10pm, you're telling me you will have a problem with that.... again i work 6 days a week and get back after 8pm after picking my child up from daycare. I get back tonight and they tell me my stuff is taken out the room and i can't stay here because i didn't check in and i'm messing up their system. Mind you these older women move like they don't know what they are doing. Every morning when i leave for work there's is either no one there or they have a line or moving at a slow pace. Yesterday one of these disrespectful older women called my room 5 times after 2am this past sunday. When i don't answer she comes to the room banging on the door waking my child up just to tell me i need to come down stairs and check in and sign papers when i already did that with the young lady who works the 3-11 shift! (these was a previous check in i did to add more days -the check in was 2 days prior and check out was today, mon. why wait til sunday to do all of this AFTER 2AM) i wish i knew her name but she was the only person who actually is nice to others and have good conversations. anyways i told her i already did that. she left and came back probably 30 mins after and banging on the door and said her boss told her to come to my room to sign. i mention it's late and your being rude knocking on this door. i will not come down because i already sign the papers (ipad). if you plan to stay here DONT, especially if your going to stay a long time. house keeping they HALF WAY clean your room, forget towels. i would always have to write in Spanish for the housekeeping to clean something or to leave new towels. i'm surprise i stayed this long but honestly it was closer to my child's school. i have nothing nice to say about this hotel at all. if i can give negative stars, i WOULD! my experience was great when i talk to the younger women and not the 3 old women. To go back i called to let them know my stuff is missing and they said they put everything i. the room in the bag and that their boss said everything was there when im telling...
