Becks Prime — Restaurant in Houston

This place is usually one point, however this visit was a nightmare. I came by late one night around 915/930 and went through the drive thru, and realized once i got to my hotel about 25 mins away that one of my sandwiches was wrong.

As expensive as Becks is, I decided to save the uneaten sandwich and receipt and take it back the following day to get it exchanged for what I ordered. When I returned the next day the manager on duty had the nerve to try and tell me that they don't exchange food from the previous day. I tried to explain that I was just there less than 24 hours ago and it was also 30-45 before they closed. Luckily he decided to do the right thing and give me another sandwich, so things didn't have to go left. But for this manager to think that i should just be stuck with a $15 sandwich is insane and in my younger days that interaction would have gone a lot differently.

Becks has great food and usually the folks are just as good, but this particular location seems to have a little cheap power hungry manager who acts like he's doing you a favor by giving you what...

This place has the best outdoor. Basically, old trees are covering the whole surrounding and make u feel as close as it gets to nature. The outdoor seating is great, u would only need to pray it is not too hot in the summer. Also, the patio is ideal for dogs as well.

On the other hand, the architecture of this place is amazing being a stand-alone unit, with plenty of parking all around the unit front & back, with a lovely & stylish layout, which I haven't seen much of with any other restaurant really. On top of all that, this unit got a very convenient & smooth drive-thru, too.

After reading reviews about this restaurant I expected it to be great if not even fair , but I was so wrong. This is an overpriced and microwaved school lunch. For the price and quality of food it is better to buy school lunch. Not only will the food look better it will taste better and be more nutriontal. The chicken is half the size of the burger, and the burgers are so so so small. It is the size of a children's burger. Not only that, it also lacked flavor. I used to go there a while back, but I think quarantine hit them hard since they must be serving frozen food since from before quarantine. If you really want actually good food go to anywhere , even Mickey D have better...
