Placed a mobile order at 7:18 PM. There were 3 cars in the drive thru. My husband and I sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes…not a single car moved in the drive thru! The car in front of us ended up putting their car in park. Not sure how long the 3 cars in the drive thru were waiting, but it was definitely more than 20 minutes. I decided to go inside to pick up my drink instead. 2 only 2 people were working. The guy at the drive thru was standing around not quite sure what he was doing while the poor girl was making the drinks all by herself! The first car in the drive thru finally got his order taken. I just want to say, they were making drinks all out of order! I placed my mobile order before the people in the drive thru ordered, yet they got their drinks first. The guy who was taking orders at the drive through let the girl “leave”/go in the back or do whatever. A guy who was also inside asked where the DoorDash order was so I said “yeah I’ve been waiting a while too”. The guy who was working then decided to get cocky and say “it’s just me, myself and I”. First off there were 2 of you working when I first walked in the store! Second 20 minutes plus people were waiting for drinks. He wasn’t helping her at all! If I was him I would’ve helped her get the drinks going to speed things along, instead he just stood around doing whatever and kept walking back and forth. Looked like he didn’t know what to do. Poor management, super long wait time for one drink I asked for a refund and got it at 7:40 PM (lord knows how much longer I would’ve had to wait considering the amount of stickers they had of unfinished drinks, and nasty associates! Oh and I also see someone else posted a review for around the same time today...
Read moreHorrible service the guy( brown hair ponytail, tall and skinny ) didn’t had a tag name on him that was on the drive thru was very rude… I had ordered on online order but he said it wasn’t showing on their system I told him if I could show him my receipt he just kept saying no I told him I would re order again and once I got to the window I was going to show it to him he just saying that I was on the wrong Starbucks and to recheck the location I told him I had done that already and that the screen it was clearly showing me this location he just kept saying to recheck again and to get out of the drive thru because I was holding up the line for others … I got to the window and he wouldn’t look at my phone when I was showing him the order that I had made and paid for already .. He was raising his voice and being rude , disrespectful ,and arrogant and told me again that my problem was clearly going to take to long , to get out of the drive thru because I was holding up the line for others and to go inside if I wanted order .. I have work in different stores and as far as I know you can never tell a customer that you are to busy to solve the problem or that they are holding up the line.. The customer comes first ! I never like to give bad reviews but I feel he cross the line mostly because I wasn’t being rude I was just trying to show him I was on the right location .. I understand some thing are out the employees hand but he could of least take a look or try to help me out… I do want to thank his coworker Emily she came to the window looked at my order checked that it was on this location the order and give me my order gave great...

And being someone that works in a busy atmosphere, I totally understand how chaotic things can get which I was even in this situation, I remained quiet and calm. Yesterday (9/21), I placed a mobile ordered at 2:42 and normally within minutes I show up and my order is ready. I pull up to the drive thru and that’s usually how I always pick up my mobile order. At the drive thru I was asked to come inside. I was confused but agreed. I come in and stood there for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement. I watched people who placed mobile orders AFTER me get their coffee. People going through the drive thru with and ordering inside all getting their coffee while I stood there waiting for acknowledgement and my 2 coffees. I finally approached the register and the gentleman was super sweet. I explained what was going on so he went to check for me. My coffee was still on a list and I was told I had another 4 minutes. I kindly said okay but remained confused as to why I was still watching everyone ordering in person and mobile ordered after me, getting their coffee. Finally around 3:30 I was handed one of my coffees and waited another 3 for the second one. I did a mobile order because it’s always been much faster and I was coming from a long work day and wanted to enjoy some coffee but I have never experience this situation until yesterday.
