The people that work at this burger king are cruel and have no compassion. I was in the car line when my 4yo daughter declared that she needed to go potty. Other parents of toddlers will understand, when kids tell you they need to go, especially when they are still learning to go potty, you only have a small amount of time to get them where they can do their business before it's too late. You would think that a supposed "family friendly" establishment like Burger King would be able to at the very least, let a paying customer use the bathroom. Yes, there was a sign saying that the lobby was closed, BUT it said NOWHERE that the bathrooms were also closed. That doesn't seem to matter to these people, I was the door knocking, begging them for help. All we needed was to use their restroom and then we would leave and they refused. They just ignored us even though I was saying through the door "please help us, my 4yo daughter needs to use the bathroom, please!" They just made eye contact with us and ignored us. What kind of decent human being would do such a thing?? Refuse to help a young child like that? Needless to say, I will never be back to that location. And I would be hard pressed to return to any Burger King...
Read moreI ordered my meal online and decided to pick it up in store. They were still working on my food when I arrived, which was no problem. I decided to eat inside due to traffic being so bad, due to a car accident. When my order was called I realized there was no ice in the drink machine, so I had to ask the man behind the counter for some ice. He obliged and jokingly said "What's new?" after I had told him that the drink machine was out of ice. Once I sat down to eat, I realized my food was cold aside from the 4 mozzarella sticks I had ordered. 😳So the cheeseburger and fries weren't fresh....only the mozzarella sticks. 🤯 I would've gone back up to the counter to tell them but the unprofessional conversation that was being had while customers were in the store blew my mind. Especially since a manager was present and also involved in said conversation. I myself have been a restaurant manager, so I know the kind of conduct and conversations that should be held; especially while customers are present....To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I'm sure none of the staff will care....but I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this particular BK to...
Read moreI went through the drive thru Friday evening. The lobby was closed. I tried to make three orders with three coupons with the codes ready to go. The woman refused to help me. She said she could only do two orders. I could tell she just did not want to help me. I work for a group home with clients who have special needs. I normally use the drive thru at the South Huntsville Burger King. When the lobby is closed they always allow me to do three or more orders through the drive thru. So, I know it is possible for University to do the same thing. It states both on Google and the Facebook page that Burger King closes at 11 pm. It was around 8:30 pm when I went with my clients. Therefore the lobby should have been open, but it wasn’t. 🤷♀️ I don’t know why it wasn’t, but I got the feeling the staff weren’t really interested in helping customers. I can understand only taking two orders when the lobby is opened, but it was not opened! Burger King was not taking any orders inside and obviously not many outside. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. I will be contacting the corp office. I wound up taking my clients...
